Merci M. Pene Pati !
I love to listen to Darren Pene Patis. It comes so effordless. He is a great artist. Best of luck for a brilliant career.
MAGNIFICO TENOR
❤Maravilloso
Qué voz increíble
Wow, a real NZ sized rugby All Black, if ever there was one. But this guy sings like an angel.... fantastic to see and hear....
Magnifique!!!
Beautiful singing - Bravo Pene! Effortless singing, like it should be. Very proud of you!
Cesar Ulloa bravo pene? A que te refieres, César?
@@voltape "Pene" is the name of this singer.
Fantasticoooo
simply brilliant! Bravo!
Simply beautiful Pene - Ka Pai :)
Let's call a spade, a spade. This is a beautiful performance. We sometimes get caught up in over-analysis of technique. Give the man his due and let it go at that.
👌👍🇪🇸
Qué tenor ¡ Su voz es conmovedora. Un 1O 👌👍🇪🇸

Fantastic!!!!!!!
Bravo! Bravo! Bravo!
Outstanding
The high C sounds like Gedda. Well done.
Bravo!!!!!
Sounds like Alfred Krause. Beautiful!
BRAVO!
Bravo
fantastic technique
Good voice to work on it
INSTEAD OF CRITICIZING ONE MUST ENJOY THIS YOUNG TENOR VOICE, HIS HIGH C, WAS BEAUTIFUL, FROM FORTE TROUGH PIANO, ONLY KRAUS COULD DO IT THE SAME WHEN HE WAS YOUNG.
Yes! Krausian indeed. He manages that penultimate phrase just like Kraus too; steadily, all in one breath and with the gorgeous dim at the end of the C. Wow.
He's a star now..Romeo in San Fran and next year in Bordeaux..La Trav ...
Not only Kraus hahahahaha
No, his high C is nasal and without depth. And he almost cracked because of the diminuendo. That can never be enjoyable or acceptable.
Oh no, please listen to di Stefano, he sings the most beautiful C in concert in San Francisco.
nice voice...
not bad I think the voice lacks focus in the head above the nose--I read what you all wrote, and he sounds like he may have had a bit of a cold, or he does not sing on the edge of the vocal fold--Consider that the C was not all that brilliant w/ ringing sound ... yet he has all those large facial bones that say it should sound more focused in the frontal bones. If he did that his vibrato would probably shore up too... Hard not to sing throaty with a cold... just my thoughts Still a very good singer
His name is Pene Pati not Darren.
From today's perspective, you are right that he is now predominantly known as Pene Pati. Back in 2015, though, he was registered for our NEUE STIMMEN competition under his full name Darren Pene Pati, or Darren Pati for short. We will change the video description nonetheless in order to make Pene Pati appear in the TH-cam search under this name as well. (fw)
Fast.
Il me fait penser à alfred Krauss...
Nice timbre, good singing, but this very wide, slow and uncontrolled vibrato is not the vibrato we should hear from a young man. He doesnt' look like a 50 year old man.
He's a good singer. but I don't like that big wide vibrato he has. I know so many of them are learning that technique now but I recon it just gets too wide and out of control.
He is takeltet - no question ! But I miss real Belcanto and I hear that he is not very healthy breathing - it sounds a bit like a small hart attack prestadium .... Hope he will work on real breathing
Nice voice, very good control, musicality, etc... but that vibrato is too slow for such a young man. Good job though!
Can you sing like that?
@@leetuliau7859 Stupid reply. With that attitude there isn't much you can say about anything.
Maori
Samoan Kiwi!
Work on resonance (head voice) vocalize more for sharp troath
Nice voice, but poor vocal technique. Breathing isn't right (it's not anchored), so legato isn't good and the voice is tight. That's why the high note sounded strangled and not part of the voice.
The only thing I don'tlike is the slow almost wobbly vibrato but completely defer in EVERYTHING you've written. Legato is there, easiness is there and there isn't AT ALL a tight note there. That you didn't like him, that's another story. There's must be something wrong with your ears.
sometimes, your right, but he also manages some of the high notes very well, I thing it is an issue of consistency.
Hahaha you have to hear him live :)
@@emanff18 These guys keyboard warriors haha Love to see them try and sing like the bro 😊
@@ridgeponini8055 you tell em ridge!! 💪🏽😂
If it was competition in most nasal singing and wobbliest top notes I could clearly see him as the winner.
And the twangy and extremely nasal high C is just an abomination. No depth at all. Why did he attempt to do a diminuendo when he clearly doesn't have the technique for it?
Twang ? This is not twang -
I'm going to need you to link me a better live version like, now. The expression given, in admiration, by the instrumental players tells a story. I can guarantee these people are more accomplished than you. So, link a better LIVE version. Give a version with the same expression and vocal clarity. This isn't a plug the high notes and amaze us with your vocal power type of aria. So please enlighten us.
