"Cie" is the contraction of "CompagnIE" with the initial C and final IE. I have a doubt about the meaning of the B. . Maybe "Broderie (embroidery)" but I'm not sure. I'm looking through my grandmother's old magazines and I will give you the result.

21:40 I think there is no need to apologise to the creator of this stamp. You did an outstanding job, with great justice to the original parts. What you couldn't salvage, you copied with great care. There is no greater compliment than to respectfully recreate someone elses work. I'm sure the person that made the stamp would be proud and flattered!

Wow! I've never seen anything like that spray that turns dark red in contact with metal, like that. Plus, I hope that spring didn't hit you in the face when it broke off the drill.
I was surprised too. It takes off a lot, but the smell is stinky. The spring was fine. But I will have to be careful in the future. Thanks for your comment!
Your not supposed to use regular ink. It's an ink that washes out. Good job restoration! I'm sure if you go to your local fabric store they can help you find the correct ink!

I dont know what country your in but yes there are inks that you can get that wash out of the fabric when your finished stitching . You can also use chalk. There are fabric pencils that you can use and disappearing ink. In America a lot of the fabric or craft stores have them but I don't know where your at!?

Amazing restoration, really meticulous! Can i ask you one thing? When you renew the stamp, the black color you use to avoid corrosion to the other metal surface is a simple black marker or a specific one? What kind of liquid is? Thanks a lot and again Great Job!
Thank you for watching! The black marker is a regular black marker. The model number is M500-T1. It is an ordinary marker used in Japan for writing .However, we adopted it because the ink was darker than those of other companies marker. Ferric chloride was used for etching.(FeCl3) I am glad for your comment.If you have any further questions, please feel free to comment.
