U can marrinate with lemon juice ,curd,salt for chicken briyani .for half an hour so that it may soaked and taste will be so good try it..and tell

Iam giving one suggestion while cutting tomato in chopper mixer the tomato cooks faster than usually.
try buying some thermo bags as lunch bags! and get them back for packing! or try thermocol boxes for maintaining temperature

Hi sis wanted you to try green biryani... as the below recipe... It will be tasty....
So the recipe goes for 1kg rice....
Add whole spices in heated oil, some 4-5 slitted chillies, onion 5-6, tomatoes 5-6, fry them well.... Then in a mixer grinder add 20-25 green chillies 1bunch of mint leaves, half bunch of coriander leaves ginger garlic (as required) grind them well....
Add the ground masala into cooking pan after tomato, fry them untill raw smell goes, add chicken 1kg, and curd mix well.....
Finally add some salt, water , and rice as required.....once the biryani is ready in the end add little chopped mint- coriander leaves and a tablespoon of ghee.
It is done....
