Sunitha, i don't know if this is practical but packing briyani in banana leaf and brown paper pottalam is an option. But of course the pottalam must be handled with care without smashing it during delivery and so it will have to be put in a box (like piece-cake boxes in bakery) to make it presentable to customers. Maybe you can try this but it will be tedious as it will be single plate packs. 🤔👍💖
You can get pudina and veggies from Ambattur veg market, rates ll be reasonable and u ll get good quantity if u buy regularly in a shop

Make sure that you don't pack the food hot in plastic box/biriyani bucket because the plastic will melt and get mixed with the food you pack. Or please buy big size foil box/any other material for packing. Customers health kuda important.
Aluminium foil also not good ..... Let them do and learn from mistakes..... They will improve
Yes dear i tried other options but unfortunately we don't get those materials here...that's y i use banana leaf to cover the entire box...i am sure it vl not be much effective but still I want to try ❣️
