My Father's Grandmother made this with him and I made them too. I love the vinegar flavor. Recently I made molasses taffy and it was also great.

It almost looks like hard candy. Doesn't look chewy like taffy should look?
The chewy taffy is saltwater taffy Honey taffy had vinegar. Taffy are hard, but pulled correctly. There’s lots of air so it’s very crunchy.
