More of this please, I've been binge watching them all. Love both Jeff and Tom. What about UK vs US schoolkid food? Egg n soldiers for UK brekkie, crisps sandwich for lunch etc ☺️
I grew up in Boston where lobster is (was?) super cheap. Literally as a child, we would go out for lobster dinners on the reg. Monthly maybe? And I grew up in a single parent household, so we were not rich. It's such a lovely flavour. It's so expensive here in the UK and I miss it.
Please, I buy my lobster off the fishermen in Alma NB, here it used to be a poor man’s food, fishermen kids would trade there lobster rolls for P&J sandwiches
Agreed. This is actually how I scope out brunch restaurants -- by looking at their menus and seeing what kind of "eggs benedict" they have (to me, a poached egg with any type of sauce and on top of something is eggs benedict)
They specifically explained alot of the foods won't be from the U.K or America because imported food is more expsensive, like the sushi and cat poo coffee
I would like u to try Swedish stuff Kalles caviar on boiled egg on crispbread for breakfast and zoega's coffee to drink Lunch smörgåstårta=sandwichcake Dinner surströmming(fermented herring) on tunnbröd(special bread and origin from northern Sweden)with red onion slices, almond potatoe and gräddfil(sour cream)
Idk, in my view loose leaf tea would be more luxurious. 🤷♀️ Also for the most part I think I'd prefer Jeff's day of eating. With the exception of civat cat coffee. I'm not into seafood other than sushi.
The Bucket List anyone? I’m actually surprised that coffee is real. And never knew Jeff was from Maryland! He represented well despite not shipping Tom some Old Bay ☺️
I totally agree with Jeff about walnuts in sandwiches. I grow up in West Central Indiana and every chicken salad sandwiches I had to eat had walnuts and grapes in it 🤢
I would like to know what brand of tea was used for an Afternoon Tea. In the US, I have been able to buy Tetley and PG Tips, which I enjoy but what do they serve in the UK?
@@leeraymondrush2870 Yes they are, and I have been lucky enough to buy them here in the US. I quite enjoy them both. But my question was what tea is typically served with an Afternoon Tea in the UK. Sorry if I didn't make that clear enough.
I would definitely say Twinings tea is standard and most likely to be served for Afternoon tea. However, if you're up north then Yorkshire Tea is probably more popular (or even Betty's if you want an authentic afternoon tea experience - they may have an online shop, not sure).
No, absolutely not. I don’t care what pooped it out and how clean and disinfected it is, that’s vile. If someone gave you a plate with dried food on it and said “oh it’s ok, it’s been washed and disinfected” would you eat off it? I hope not.
I was going to praise you for using the microwave!!! What is the difference? They both heat water. I really want you to do a blind taste test with some Brits to see if they can REALLY tell the difference between tea made with water from a kettle and tea made with water heated in the microwave.
Okay the kettle bit had me laughing, a lot. He knew every other country would come for him but he beat us to the punch line. Bless.
he he he he ;)
Yes.

The way Tom is butchering his chive plant is just sending me 🤣🤣
You can tell Tom really enjoys cooking and Jeff does just enough of it to get by lol
So funny Jeff you got me! I shouted WHAT!! About the microwave and tea 😂
Me too 😂😂😂😂
So did I, and I'm American!
@@bobbiscrittercave2348 Lol me too, and I'm also American! I was just like o_0 why is he doing this?!

Tom is spot on! Crab cakes is definitely brunch food.
Crab cake benedict with a bloody Mary is the ideal brunch.
@@bonniehowell9206 yessssss
Crabcake Benedict yum! But I eat crabcales for dinner too.
am I the only one who can not get past "cat poop coffee"?
No you’re not. I didn’t even know it was a thing. “Cat poop Coffee” it sounds so nasty. 🤢🤮
Hilariously, I do believe its one of the most expensive in the world and snobs love it. 🤣
No
I’m a big coffee drinker and sorry, I wouldn’t touch it! Ew
Civet's aren't technically cats, but the whole process of making it is straight up animal abuse and should've never become a thing.
Thank you for getting a kettle Jeff. You've done the brits proud.
Can we talk about how Tom ate fish for every meal? 😭🤣🤣
Two of my favorite buzz feeders! Best Monday pick me up ever. Keep them coming! We love this comes home. And we love Tom and Jeff
Aw thank youuu!
And both so handsome.♥️
These bois are the only reason I still watch Buzzfeed UK

that was a mean joke with the tea. Jeff!!!! although for afternoon tea you do need loose leaf tea and a tea pot for it to be a good afternoon tea :D

Jeff, you’re right I was ready. Nice job with the kettle.
No bc the tea thing scared me until he pulled out the kettle
Did he just eat a millionaire shortbread upside down? 😂
Jeff you had me there with the kettle, called me all the way out 🤣
Poop coffee is about £2 in Bali. Insane that it’s £100 for a bag in Harrods. Also not all that
"I know that sushi is not necessarily american" ehm, thanks for clarification, i guess?😂

Does Jeff live in the U.K. too? I couldn't help but notice the sainsbury and alpro brands lol
Jeff and the grin smirk when he knows he's about to eat a bougie big sausage roll XD
The tea kettle had me ROLLING😂😂🤣
No. The perfect cup of tea starts with loose leaf tea. 😊
The pork thing with that breed of pigs is that their meat has 0% cholesterol, so thats what makes it "fancy" and pretty expensive
Not judging but Jeff is in the UK, isn't he? I know from the outlet sockets, and the Fairy liquid dish soap.
Jeff you failed making your cup of tea you have to press the tea bag against the mug to get the full flavour about
Oh thank god you used a kettle, you're totally right, I was mortified ! 🤣
Spicy tuna and a deep fried sushi roll as posh? No that's more of the grocery store sushi.
A Civet is not a Cat and as far as I'm aware the coffee doesn't digest, it passes through the civet.
I believe you're right, but the digestive juices give it a unique and delicious flavour (I've heard, I'm not that brave)
I got scared when he started cutting the chives on the nachos with the pot intact with dirt inside. Imagine getting dirt on your nachos by accident. 🤢
1 second into the video and I already know the USA’s food is better💀

Not gonna lie.... I'd stuff my face with the sandwiches. Probably steal from the nearby tables as well 😂😋
American breakfast: delicious, decadent, many textures and flavors. English breakfast: literal sh*t
No metal spooons!
As an American, living in California, I have NEVER had or seen nachos with caviar on it... 🤷🏻♀️ separate, yes. Together, no. Lol
I'm intrigued by that one
Well, that looked like salmon roe to me, which is fine for the sushi, but...
I've seen at least 2 bougie bar/restaurants in Manhattan with caviar on nachos
Thank you Jeff for your support
Sincerely,
Team cream on first
I was looking for this comment! Cream first is the only thing that makes sense to me lol
someone get Jeff a decent set of pots and pans!
Jeff can curate my menu any day. Electric kettles creep me out.
Tom, fish tacos are also quite popular in the U.S. Very Baja... and American now, too. Rest easy with your caviar taco salad. lol
What is that violin tune at the beginning? I have heard it many times, but I don't recall the name of the piece.
If you want to get drunk super quick, take a shot every time Jeff bloody says 'boujee'. Guaranteed, paralytic drunk within 5 mins.
That small glass container of caviar costs 30 bucks at least, real black caviar is unbelievably expensive nowadays.
Who is in charge of the English subtitle?! CIVIC CUT, WHATTTTT???
everyone’s upset over the tea but Tom just used a metal spoon to scoop out caviar 🤯
Hopefully it was fake Caviar otherwise he would have changed its taste with the metal spoon.
Yes!! A plastic spoon or one made from mother of pearl is more appropriate from what I’ve seen

The Civet cat's digestive system removes poisons and toxins from the beans.
