Great timing for the video. I was at JC Pennys yesterday looking at pants but didn't buy anything. But you inspired me to buy a pair of birddogs today. Take care and thanks for the video.
fits and pockets are cool, but i believe the fabric is also important. all these are primarily cotton or polyester which are all the thing that smells quickly (requires washing more often), or have a limited range of comfortable temperature. today if i had vertx delta with the outlier dungaree's fabric for example they would be perfect. Until then its more about style than it is about utility.
I love a lot of flint and tinder stuff but the 365 pants are SO tight in the groin area. I sized up twice and it's still too uncomfortable there. Unfortunately they're just not me for I guess.
I didnt care for the 365 either. They sit too low at the waist, they are thin af and they do feel wierd in thr crotch. I just got my Proof Rover pants and they feel SO much better. The guesset in the crotch is so nice, they feel more like a jean, feel thicker and while they say "sit below waist" , I'd say they fit higher than most jeans/pants that "sit below the waist"
The Proof pants seem to do okay in the summer, but I don't have that much experience wearing them during the summer. As for the American Giant pants, I actually find they run slightly large.
@@BeastMadeReviews Thanks for that. I don't believe Meridian pants are available at the moment. A colleague directed me to Outlier FutureSlimWorks pant as something similar.
ha! Well, waist "sizes" with pants aren't true to actual measurements in inches--though I was pretty fortunate with the sizes being similar here. But the lengths of the pants here vary a lot. If I had the option, I chose a hem of 30 or 32 which fits my leg length. But some pants only offer one hem size, usually a 34. Those are longer on me, so I just roll them up or have to get them hemmed later on.

yeah these pants are more about everyday wear and style.
I have the American Giant Roughneck pants 7:38. Best pants I’ve worn - they feel like wearing stretchy pajamas.
yeah! They're so good!

aw man, I hate that. Well, hopefully my other suggestions fit you better. 🙂

Two questions: 1.) How do the Proof Meridian pants do in the summer? 2.) I notice you got 32 waist in American Giant...do they run small? Thanks!

nice video dude.
Thanks!
Western rise? Lulu abc?
What is your size? (Height weight etc)
I'm 6'1" and about 175 lbs.
Haven’t seen this many crotch shots sense the last Jeremy Fragrance video 😀. I personal really like the western rise pants.
not as tight though. 😆😂
I need to check out Western Rise! I have heard great things about them.
How are you a 31x30 in one set of trousers and a 31x34 in another?? That’s actually mad 😂

a lot of these...underground(?) brands only sell in a 34 or 36 length and then offer hem service or ship out in that length and let you hem to size
