lol, not max at all. You can do 3 hits in the air with shao and then a ex knee and then amp the throw. Get way more. But you get even more with Sektor. Do a regular knee, Sektor picks up, b2 again, 22 into exknee. Nice chunk of damage. Sektor combo is veeeery hard tho. Sektor plus 3 hits in the air...damn. But damage is insane as well. With Motaro Fatal Blow you can do even more, because you use db4 as a launcher.
If you amp the grab at the end you get slightly more damage btw

B2 b2 air 122 doesn't connect into knee even on the biggest hitbox in the game
