“There is a difference between you and me. We both looked into the abyss, but when it looked back at us, you blinked” Batman to Owlman, Crises on Two Earths
You misunderstood the Flash Iris scene. Time didn't speed up it slowed down. They spent years building the tower and aged naturally. They look 50 years older because for them it was 50 years.
Injustice - The Joker setting off a Nuke destroying Metropolis & Superman punching a hole through The Joker's chest. That was the first time I saw how Dark The DCEU can get.
The Justice League never stood a chance against Darkseid’s surprise ambush on Apokolips, and seeing their fates isn’t just shocking; it puts the “dark” in _Justice League Dark: Apokolips War._
Something that DC has better than Marvel is its animated films and the shocking stories or scenes that are very strong and are usually more raw. [Its my opinion personal 🤫]
Greatest part, everything stops. Everyone knows this is not the time to press Batman. The gloves will be completely off and everyone will die if they FAFO.
While a moment from Return Of The Joker made it on the list, I’m surprised that Tim Drake turning into The Joker didn’t make on the list. It was one of the most shocking, nightmare fuel inducing, and jaw dropping DCAU moment I’ve ever seen.
I only yesterday learned that justice league doom is part 2 of a larger animated DC movie, which I never knew about, and now I need to watch both badly. Justice League doom is one of my favorite animated DC movies.
Flashpoint paradox isn't only the best dc animated movie it's one the best animated movie. Reverse flash reviling all he did to Barry (his first kiss💀), then dropping the bomb that Barry is the one that fucked everything up just cuz he missed his mom🤯. That moment is up there with "the snap", "I am your father", "what's in the box", "prowler miles". Like what?!?! You telling me you did all this messed up shit to Barry and everything around him but Barry the one that messed it all up. And then seeing this reverse flash in hell to pay was amazing
Personally I think when they find out that Jason Todd was actually possessed by the joker in Batman beyond return of the joker was more shocking. Another shark in the moment is when Batman found out that there was not just one batwoman but three of them in the mystery of the batwoman animated feature. Another shock in Revelation is actually from Green lantern's first flight. The animated feature actually showed that there was more than one traitor in the Green lantern corps besides sinestro. Could also add in that when hell absorbed all the power of the lanterns battery in order to defeat sinestro for the final battle. Staying in the Green lanterns series The Green lantern emerald knights actually had a shark in the moment when the alien warrior trying to find mungo actually realized that mungo was actually a planet-sized Green lantern. In Green lantern's latest movie when Jon Stewart actually first gets the Green lantern ring he actually trying to find out what happened to Hal jordan. The really shocking moment is when he actually had to kill both sinestro and Hal Jordan who became parallax. This entire tomorrow verse actually had unexpected deaths all the time. In Batman assault on Arkham asylum on The suicide Squad movie The shocking death of a villain that actually was costumes switched with Batman to hide the Batman with in the group to find out what they were up to. In Batman battle for the cowl the realization that Bruce Wayne was still alive by being brainwashed by Thalia was pretty shocking but not more than he actually was brainwashed and broke the nightwing's arm. I believe it was cold Batman and the soul of the Dragon with the past martial artist that Bruce actually trained under with Master returns from the snake dimension as one of the hosts to The entity that they must fight. In the animated short of an artist is trying to fight through a block but can't. One night he actually finds a mysterious woman and actually wants to paint her it turns out that this woman is actually death and the artist has died but the truly shocking moment is when they after the fire the painting was not destroyed. Another little shocker is actually in the Catwoman short film where she finds a cat that actually has a bracelet and trying to find where it came from. You later learned that it was actually a little girl that Catwoman gave the bracelet to in order for her to pay her way out of Gotham, but actually winds up being captured and going to be sold. Batman Doom comes to Gotham actually has a lot of shocking moments in that movie. Number one I think is when Batman actually turned into a demon himself in order to fight the evil demon god Cthulhu. One of the most shocking moments actually had Kevin Conroy voice in Batman one last time in the animated series of the third part of the crisis on infinite Earths.
Flashpoint 3 seeing my Batman one deliver the perfect final line Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill as the universe is erased made me cry hearing those last words
Justice the dark Apocalypse is the most gory darkest bloodiest movie I’ve ever seen like ever It’s the first time we seen our heroes fell to Darkside and to be honest it was kind of hard to watch I was also kind of you know And of course, the ending made me cry Like mad cry 😭😭😭
I just bought Flashpoint Paradox on TH-cam today😂 Wonder Woman killing a child was pretty brutal, seeing Bruce Wayne gunned down and his mother snapping, Batman’s ruthless as hell. I loved it
On the "Iris dies in flashtime". I think you misunderstood the scene. Iris and Flash lived an entire lifetime, the equivalent of decades while still in flashtime. They built the tower by themselves while everyone else who was not in the speedforce was frozen between seconds.
Batman did snap Joker's neck in Batman: The Dark Knight Returns Part 2 what happened after was in his mind as a coping mechanism for breaking his no killing rule. Just like in the comic
Injustice superman may have gone a little too far but before that ending all wars was the right thing to do. It's something the "justice league" should have done years ago!!
JLD: Apokolips war had a lot more shocking moments: The league's defeat, the Titans' defeat, Darkseid kills Robin, the new Furies, Taskforce X (S squad) 's final stand, Nightwing's pit disaster, Constantine's reason for fleeing, etc...
FOR my bit.. I have to admit. when I first saw "Batman/Superman: Apocalypse and Darkseid tears through the front door of the Kent's house, my honest, first thought was that Darkseid had already been waiting, and in the process, destroyed them both. I was waiting for Superman and Kara to see their remains.. and go ABSOLUTELY **NO HOLDS BARRED** on his rocky butt..
This Is Why I'm Such A Huge Fan Of Clancy Brown (A.K.A. Lex Luthor)...Even His Voice Alone Commands Respect...Among The Best Modern Actors In My Opinion...
For me it was watching all those heroes die. Batwoman, Batgirl who put up a hell of a fight, Shazam, Lois and the Suicide Squad, Zatanna. Great movie Darkseid Wars but my heart broken watching them die.
The reason why the DCAMU (both the Warverse or the Tomorrowverse) both ended so soon was because Warner Bros forced the animation team to limit their movies. With the Warverse limited to 16 movies and the Tomorrowverse 10. Half the time, I wish that whole company went bankrupt.
In Crisis on Infinite Earths, I don't think Flashtime sped up their aging. I think they lived a full life, decades of it, inside Flashtime while they built the machine that would save everyone.
8:35 No the went on superfast time, the world stop not them. If you watched that episode of Futurama that was originally the series finale you would get the concept.
I know we are getting the two part watchmen animated adaption. But I haven’t heard anything for any new movies next year I hope DC are still making movies after the tomorrowverse.
The only issue I have with Gordon being revealed as Jack the Ripper is the nightmare he has where Barbara was killed by Jack. Why? Because, when it's revealed he's the Ripper, he says wives are the worst whores of them all, sell themselves too cheap. If this is truly what he thought of his own wife, why in God's name was he terrified of the idea of finding he'd murdered her? It literally makes no sense at all
JL Crisis on infinite earths when they show how John Constantine had a part to play in that multiverse being created, when it shows that, the new animation and that story line is directly linked to apokolips war story line. It's show what happen when flash ran off at the end of dark apokolips war
@@karimdavis7065 I don’t read that many standard comic books. I mostly read Power Rangers Graphic Novels and standard books about 20% times out of the time.
After "Return of the Joker" was already on the list and other examples had two entries too I expected the final reveal to be here as well... how it was possible for Joker to come back after all that time. JL: Crisis on Infinite Earths part 3 when Constantine used The Flash to kill baby Darksied
When we lost our favorite heroes in justice league dark apokolips war
Every single scene from justice league dark apokolips war
Andrea Is The Phantasm “Batman: Mask Of The Phantasm”
Three Batwoman “Batman: Mystery Of The Batwoman”
Apokolips War was the most shocking and darkest for me
Same. I just watched it for the first time and holy shit
Thats true according to logic
Same

Yeah but it was one of the best movies tbh
Apokolips War - was The Darkest I've ever seen. I never thought I'd ever see The Justice League end up that way.
I agree
Darkseid went HAM on the Justice League in that scene😮😮😮😮
“There is a difference between you and me. We both looked into the abyss, but when it looked back at us, you blinked” Batman to Owlman, Crises on Two Earths
You misunderstood the Flash Iris scene. Time didn't speed up it slowed down. They spent years building the tower and aged naturally. They look 50 years older because for them it was 50 years.
This is how I understood it.
Injustice - The Joker setting off a Nuke destroying Metropolis & Superman punching a hole through The Joker's chest. That was the first time I saw how Dark The DCEU can get.
Oh yes! Not only that but the moment when Jimmy was about to take The Joker's picture and got shot I gasps!
And the fact joker considers it child’s play compared to his rivalry with Batman.
My favorite shocking moment was the reveal of who was under the Red Hood; It shocked Batman and Alfred. 🎉
DC did what Marvel couldn't. They killed little Darkseid.
Made good movies
And it backfired!
The strength of DC is it's animation division!!
It’s funny how Batman can have a leash on every justice league member, but can’t keep joker in prison
Cause he crazy
So the plot can happen.
The Justice League never stood a chance against Darkseid’s surprise ambush on Apokolips, and seeing their fates isn’t just shocking; it puts the “dark” in _Justice League Dark: Apokolips War._
My favorite is probably getting to see trigon mix it up with darksied
I know, right? I never knew I needed to see that fight until then! (And let's not forget how Trigon roasted Darkseid!)
@@ShadwehUmbrea more like violated, roasting implies that darksied stood any chance of beating trigon which he didn’t
As longtime DC fans, we like it.
Thank you, WatchMojo.

[Its my opinion personal 🤫]
Agreed. The DCAU is brilliant. Pity they can't get it together on the big screen except once in a blue moon.
Nightwing’s death in Injustice was shocking
Greatest part, everything stops. Everyone knows this is not the time to press Batman. The gloves will be completely off and everyone will die if they FAFO.
@@hangtime79 logically true
Batman was willing to destroy the entire planet of Apocalypse.Just help his best friend. That's a real homie right there.
Andrea is the phantasm in "Mask of the Phantasm?"
I gotta go with Flashpoint and Under the Red Hood. I went in knowing nothing of each and those both have stayed with me since. The feels.
Can't wait to see Damien Wayne in live Action.
While a moment from Return Of The Joker made it on the list, I’m surprised that Tim Drake turning into The Joker didn’t make on the list. It was one of the most shocking, nightmare fuel inducing, and jaw dropping DCAU moment I’ve ever seen.
It’s sad that these movies will likely be forgotten and cared about 2100 or even 2050.
Red Son is without a doubt one of my favorites. If only the movies were 1/2 as good

Apokolips War Was By Far The DARKEST DC Animated Movie I Ever Seen Mainly Because Of The Horrible Fates Of The Justice League, Teen Titans And Earth
... when did Death in the Family become interactive? I saw the movie. It's a series of short stories while touching on Under the Red Hood
Originally it's interactive on the dvd/Blu-ray format. Streaming and digital was just a compilation of scenarios
Flashpoint 3 seeing my Batman one deliver the perfect final line Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill as the universe is erased made me cry hearing those last words
Hope James Gunn can take things seriously with his cinematic universe
