6:48 this is so important... In a tiny place in uttar pradesh in india, people don't have the habit of knocking on the door. I recently went there, I was in my kitchen when a non-mehram walked in... I was not wearing my hijab because I was inside my home...much much inside of outer world...but this man came inside...then I had to say to him please stay outside!! This man worked almost whole his life in Saudi Arabia, and he didn't have even this much etiquette...😕
This happens. Even relatives who r nt mehram enter without taking permission and in some areas it is considered rude of a married woman who shuts her room's door. It is supposed to b opened for everyone even husbands brothers. And such things lead to so many sins and painful events and whatnot.

'Abdullah bin Salam (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying, "O people, exchange peace greetings, feed the needy, strengthen the ties of kinship, and be in prayer when others are asleep, you will enter Jannah in peace." [At- Tirmidhi Book 6, Hadith 849].

In the village, people keep coming without knocking. The houses are with a big front yard and doors are always open. People Keep coming because hard to hear the knock. So last time I visited our farm house. I made sure I said salaam loudly before entering any relative house. Everyone keeps the front door open. I did my best. Everyone in my family knows that I enter the house by saying salaam so everyone knows I am entering their house. I pray to Allah swt to guide us in every small or big matters Amen.
seriously this happens to us all the time...my father's extensive family comes to our home all the time even tho they know that my father only comes home on weekends...his male cousins even came like at 12 am and my father was not at home and they knew it, but they still came...my mom was so angry...even by brother is in bording, my brother wasn't at home either!! so my moher didn't open the door ..and they started calling my father so he had to call us to open the door...people are jut so regardless...just cuz our home is a little better than others relative's they didn't go to anyone else's house despite being told to do so previoulsy.
Nouman is a really polite and realistic person I live in a joint family So once I told one of my relative who was a non mahram not to enter my room without knocking, And a family war started in my house. Except my parents and siblings everyone was like they r like your brother's so no worries 😭😭😭
He really does overstep with Allah's speech sometimes by adding his own twist which portrays a negative connotation. In my experience of reviewing such ayahs portrayed by him like this, Allah's anger/disapproval seems very calm, controlled and wise but simultaneously dominating. All such instances by ustadh nouman cement the gravity of Allah's word a bit too much in my opinion, this only makes the lesson clearer in my head. But he should really tone it down sometimes. No way is Allah's speech supposed to make you feel threatened and hopeless. On a side note I don't feel like this khutba is bad. In my opinion this is one of the more light hearted ones.

But making money off of money in general makes sense because if you borrow someone's money, the period in which that person you borrowed from doesn't have his money that you took, he should be compensated for having less money during that time. I.e. when you borrow money, it affects the person you borrow from so It makes sense to charge for it.

This means that earning interest (riba) is not allowed - whether you are an individual or a bank. Also, FaceTime-ing or WhatsApp video calls any time of the day and expecting an answer just because you’re family or a good friend is a big violation of privacy. FaceTime and any video calls should only be made with permission via text or a phone call.
There is a constant audio problem in recent khutbah videos, audio is only coming from the left speaker/headphone/audible device, please everybody copy this and post a comment so they would take action. otherwise many people have said individually but they don't fix it.
