The half anniversary had a lot of stuff and I'm glad the full anniversary has lots to do. I just hope I have enough time for it.

Should I get portraits for Lucy? I usually only get p0 for my characters and never pull portraits, and the copies i have are from losing 50/50. I have a lot of pulls saved up (~480) and plan on getting Kakania as well. If yes, What's a good stopping point for Lucy portraits? I don't plan on p5ing her, unless i get super, ridiculously lucky.

Kakania farts and poops on nearly other plant unit. One of the most cracked supps especially in raids. Essentially no reason not to pair her with the plant units you already have. This game is not as black in white about unit diversity as other gachas, her utility as a support completely trivializes her afflatus so don't worry about it. Trust me when I say she's worth it.

With the 6 star selector I chose 6, for the rated up banner character of your choice I wanted pickles cause I never got him before because I'm not very active on the game but I got him in 2 multi summons, and as for Lucy I got her in 2 multi summons as well
I'm still struggling on getting Windsong, i have guarantee for her but she still hasn't come home after 61 pulls, depends on the situation, i might not be able to get Lucy or Kakania
I personally say get windsong, she is mad cracked and has a great character and story. I have her at i3l60r10 and she decimates everything, do not regret getting her at all, and I blew like 15k drops to do it.
1.9 gives quite a lot of pulls. So, out of Lucy and Kakania, you would most likely get at least one of them. Probably go for Lucy as Kakania will rerun whereas we don't know whether if Lucy will ever rerun or not.

Because you said you are a new player, so I wouldn't recommend pulling for Lucy without having enough pull to guarantee Lucy. I totally recommend go for ToothFairy because that healer will be the good support for the whole game journey. (i still haven't switch out to other healer since her released)

The reason I recommend Lucy is because in the main story, there will be a boss that require Follow Up Attack (FuA) or Burn. No sustainer gonna help you full star that boss unless you have a FuA character (I tried). If you already got a FuA then you can skip Lucy and go for ToothFairy.

Hello! I returned to the game after nearly a year and lack most of the meta units. I bought the 6* selector and I'm stumped on who to choose. For my first team I'm using Lucy, Pickles and Tooth Fairy (tbh pickles isn't used much. Can replace him with some other 5* support). I mainly lack a second dps character for my second team. Any suggestions on whom I should choose?
I'm not a New player but also am very behind and I may skip this patch unless I do some cheeky pulls so I can save if resourses. My last 6 stars I got include Isolde, Vila, Spathodia and Jessica over the last few months and I'm just playing at my own pace.
Nope, I cannot give suggestions on the newer characters, without seeing their actual numbers. their kit looks interesting but the number is what matters the most. We are also uncertain if ango nala is a DPS or a SUBDPS
Do you have windsong?? Or any decent DPS?? If not go for Lucy first however if you already had an amazing DPS Kakania is definitely a must have for survivality expecially for windsong
I have 430 pulls and some violet drops and golden cassettes in case in need more. Lets see how bad my pulls on lucy will be, if i get her fast, good, if i lose pity, i will throw 200 pulls on her and get extra copy. My pulls on jiu were horrible, i needed 320 pulls for p3, not doing that again

@@JungDae1 I think it is, because Lucy becomes very universally strong for all content with her portrait. Kakania is like Zhongli, she makes some content a lot easier to play, has pretty universally useful buff, but is not unreplaceable for skilled players.

If you love isolde there is no point getting getian, they literally do the same thing and isolde is way more flexible. Spath is better than melania (which is recommended in video for some reason) in every way and one of the best single target damagers and her best support is isolde. Tf was great on release but very replacable rn. Just go for chars you like, dont be tempted by "this char is slightly better in this condition"

Don't worry too much about 37 right now. get tooth fairy from the selector instead of her banner if you are planning to spend but don't have much other worries. 37 is a good character and all but I'm waiting for character update to see if she really holds up without portrait.

I think toothfairy is really good 👍 she can support almost all the teams in game and probably kakania will have a rerun in the future. I suggest u go Lucy one copy and try look for TF. Vila also is great for all the teams u can have tho and can carry all teams if not going for TF go like your plan, one Lucy and kakania, like buns said she also have a healer side and can take damage or take the damage of the team.
I'm a beginner who just started a week ago. Managed to get lucy using the free 10 pull, and also got getian on the rate up banner using only 2 10 pulls,so basically just 15 since the 1st one is priced half. Should i aim for tooth fairy and continue to build my lucy team or should i go for another dps? I only really started the game because of lucy,,so i want to maximize her to the max, but I'm not sure how many teams do i need for the future. Any advice would be appreciated!!

I'll have around 190 pulls when 1.9 starts. All in on Lucy. If all goes well she'll be around P3-P4 (holding out for P4-P5!) and I can spend the rest of the pulls of the patch on Kakania (I'm at 20 pity on regular banner.)

37 is a fine unit, but not exceptional without her portrait. Not a must have at the moment imo.
Plan is to get both Kakania and Lucy and skip until Anjo Nala. I already lost 50/50 on Vila's banner and missed her, so I hope global gets really lucky and gets a rerun of her 😞

Hello! I returned to the game after nearly a year and lack most of the meta units. I bought the 6* selector and I'm stumped on who to choose. For my first team I'm using Lucy, Pickles and Tooth Fairy (tbh pickles isn't used much. Can replace him with some other 5* support). I mainly lack a second dps character for my second team. Any suggestions on whom I should choose?
I will get all three if i get super lucky. If not then i go for lucy 🤣

I'm not a New player but also am very behind and I may skip this patch unless I do some cheeky pulls so I can save if resourses. My last 6 stars I got include Isolde, Vila, Spathodia and Jessica over the last few months and I'm just playing at my own pace.

Nope, I cannot give suggestions on the newer characters, without seeing their actual numbers. their kit looks interesting but the number is what matters the most. We are also uncertain if ango nala is a DPS or a SUBDPS

Do you have windsong?? Or any decent DPS?? If not go for Lucy first however if you already had an amazing DPS Kakania is definitely a must have for survivality expecially for windsong

I have 430 pulls and some violet drops and golden cassettes in case in need more. Lets see how bad my pulls on lucy will be, if i get her fast, good, if i lose pity, i will throw 200 pulls on her and get extra copy. My pulls on jiu were horrible, i needed 320 pulls for p3, not doing that again
so I shouldn’t choose TF on the Promise of the water banner cause she’s coming on a rerun banner on her own in some days?

They are similar, for the most part. She's better than Vila for multi carry teams.

@@JungDae1 I think it is, because Lucy becomes very universally strong for all content with her portrait.
Kakania is like Zhongli, she makes some content a lot easier to play, has pretty universally useful buff, but is not unreplaceable for skilled players.

I recommend getian for now. Haven't used spatho much myself
If you love isolde there is no point getting getian, they literally do the same thing and isolde is way more flexible.
Spath is better than melania (which is recommended in video for some reason) in every way and one of the best single target damagers and her best support is isolde.
Tf was great on release but very replacable rn. Just go for chars you like, dont be tempted by "this char is slightly better in this condition"

Don't worry too much about 37 right now. get tooth fairy from the selector instead of her banner if you are planning to spend but don't have much other worries.
37 is a good character and all but I'm waiting for character update to see if she really holds up without portrait.

I think toothfairy is really good 👍 she can support almost all the teams in game and probably kakania will have a rerun in the future. I suggest u go Lucy one copy and try look for TF. Vila also is great for all the teams u can have tho and can carry all teams if not going for TF go like your plan, one Lucy and kakania, like buns said she also have a healer side and can take damage or take the damage of the team.

I'm a beginner who just started a week ago. Managed to get lucy using the free 10 pull, and also got getian on the rate up banner using only 2 10 pulls,so basically just 15 since the 1st one is priced half. Should i aim for tooth fairy and continue to build my lucy team or should i go for another dps? I only really started the game because of lucy,,so i want to maximize her to the max, but I'm not sure how many teams do i need for the future. Any advice would be appreciated!!

In the next few patches. I do not suggest going for her atm though. She's not BiS for most teams atm except burn.
Isolde is one of the best supports just get her if you like her
