Thanks, yes it really does help a game stick in the mind and affect the amount we want to get it back to the table quickly. We love having fun stories to tell of our gameplay
@@BoxedMeeples When I tend to do is when October comes around I look at least years list and at the top 100 games... and see which games from that List I haven't played yet... and force myself to get them to the table... any game in the top 20-30 must be to table or they loose that VERY important spot (that high up the list..) when I rate my games I also consider how much I played them in that year.. only way to get a true list in my opinion..
@@idjester Thats a great idea, that last 2 months to prove themselves! We are fortunate though to be sent some games from publishers to make content on, so that does have to take priority over the favourites sometimes. As you may have seen in the lists so far, a game not making the table does have a drastic effect on its position in the list. For some the fall , for others though, absence has made the heart grow stronger!
@@BoxedMeeples Yep, I agree sometimes our hands are tied... but in the long run every time you play a game you are consciously making a decision to play Game X over game Y... You could of played game Y but you choose not to for one reason or the other... Every time you choose to play game X every other game in your collection was not chosen for a reason (time, length of game, familiarity, not interested, wrong topic, different type, ect..) Trust me when I say I am not trying to argue with you at all... please do what your doing however you want.. I am only giving you thoughts to go forward... Making a decision to play a game has much deeper implication then you might realize, you have chosen game X to play.. over the 500 (or so..) other games... why... why did game A,B or C not get chosen, are they not as good, ok maybe you didn't have the time to play game Z because its too long.. but what happens next time, when you do have time to play game Z and you choose to play a different game instead... there is a deadly web of decision which deep down effect our gameplay...
Great lists. Looking forward to the next batch!
Coming soon! Any predictions for the Top 10?
@ I’m not sure on all but I know a few of the Leders. 😉
GREAT games in this section! And i agree, my own 100 is HEAVILY influenced by my experiences playing the game and the people i play with!

Septima 🥰
Such a great game isn't it. Mindclash will feature a few times on our lists as they publish really great games for us.
