    Lapping turbine is the move when there, they have a cheeky straight line “trail” from the bottom where you walk a min or so & hit the bottom 6 berms, rlly good practice

      Sick. I'll check it out. I think I'm gonna go back soon and give this place another shot anyway.

      @@_Aitch_ I’ve been there once, must not have been doing the right trails & stuff because I didn’t really enjoy it, they’ve supposedly redone a bunch of things since I’ve been so will have to check it out again though

      @@Gabeyatesestates Similar vibe to Olde Rope Mill but has a wider range of variety if that makes sense. Quehl Holler is a pretty solid jumpline, Dwellings Loop has 2 trails that split off of it "Rock and Roll" and "Rhythm and Blues" that are cool too (I think that's what they are called). People love "Van Michael's Trail" but honestly I haven't been too big of a fan of that one (downs are fun but the ups are brutal). Gnarnia is sick but tricky and I can't do all of the lines on the exposure part. Pretty cool all around tho.

    I just picked up a GT Avalanche Comp 29er and live one exit down from Olde Rope Mill. These trails look like a great starting point into MTB. (Avid Hiker already, dipping into MTB).

    I took my daughter to the park to hike today and she was wondering about the bike trails. We found your video and she was amazed at how fast you were going! She is excited about biking the trails but not so excited about snakes…

    Not exactly Coldwater or Jarrods place but... I like the smooth fast trails

    Awesome job! You should definitely do Explorer clockwise, loop 2 is fast, not hard, hit up tin can as well. Powerhouse clockwise is more fun imo, great riding on such a hot and humid day, stay hydrated!

    Lived about 20 mins from blankets and rope mill for the last few years and I think I've only ridden rope mill once. I'm just not a fan and find blankets so much better if I'm doing a quick loop. Started riding Allatoona a lot more lately for quick after-work rides though.

    • @_Aitch_
      @_Aitch_  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I totally agree. How does Allatoona stack up against Blankets? I've looked at it on Trailforks but never ended up going

    • @MillerRL96
      @MillerRL96 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@_Aitch_ it’s more old school single track I think. Some of the trails are trash(masons bridge) but everything else is very fun. Turtleback is easy to maintain a ton of speed and at the Pitner road side there is a ton of jump lines if you explore. Hocus pocus is super slow tech but it’s difficult tech for sure. Voodoo is one of my favorite trails out of the systems around here(blankets,rope and allatoona).

    “That was alright I guess”…dont like the grooming? I love it. Avalanche is subpar->do explorer trails instead.

    • @_Aitch_
      @_Aitch_  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Maybe that was a bit harsh haha it was super hot and humid that day. I love how clean they are for sure but bidirectional trails that flip daily are not my favorite. I always feel like I climb more than I descend even though it's the same both ways. I'll try and give it another shot later this week (Explorer too).

    • @_Aitch_
      @_Aitch_  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hard not to like how polished the trails are. My apathy should have been directed more towards the "bidirectional-ness"
