This is so Cool... I have tried it a few times but I think I used the wrong paper.. I really liked the way you connect what you want to tell with a pretty quote... It always inspires me to make more 🌈🌈
when you were blending I was staring at it going "that doesn't look like the Tombow blender" XD the waterbrush makes sense, though one of mine is stained from a watercolor pencil >_> (a cheap Michael's Recollections brush, $10/4 of them). I also do a similar shadow thing when writing with my Fudenosuke pens :D

You are using Tombow brushpens to blend But I use coloured pencils as I find the easier to blend I am not that good in blending the brushpens 😅 But it looks evenly pretty It is my fav type of Calligraphy 💕💕
I try to watch everything I can before asking a question....but my watercolor paper is peeling when I try that galaxy one with fine point then small amount of water to blend like you. So are you saying the second one (the word fun) needs to be on mixed media instead of water color?

Use what works for you!! Colored pencils are great too. And this font style makes it easy to blend whatever tool you like on the inside!
