Going way too fast mate . Slow down and go in to the deep stretch. . Your tempo is way to fast to be effective . It's not about weight it's about the contraction you missing out on some good gains if you go this fast . Getting my machine this week of all goes well

Making the common mistake of letting the weight drop on the lowering, or negative phase of the repetition, we are about 40% stronger lowering than lifting, so slow down on the negative and control the weight all the way through the lowering as well as the lifting or positive This also helps develop a better mind - muscle connection... Not just moving a weight from A to B
