My God on earth! Forty plus years ago I discovered this man and I have never waivered. Always was and always will be my favorite musician of all time. Eighteen minutes of Down by the River, I died and went to heaven.
FUCKEN SO COOL.... 67 year old lifetime Neil fan,,,,,,,,,,,,, started playing guitar after listening to neil for first time in 1969.......ive been playing ever since.......... I got my old Gibson les Paul out right now with the old fender tweed over cooking the tubes,, the knobs only go up to 10,,,, but I found some vice grips and cranked them up to about 13 playing revolution blues,,,,,,, had to let my Golden Retriever out,,,, He gets scared when Dad is Rocken out,,,,,,,, thanks Neil for a lifetime of playing the guitar...... Your as relevent today as you ever were.

Thanks for sharing this with us Neil fans! I saw Neil with Crosby and Nash during the Time Fades Away Tour in 73. Then in 83 with The Shocking Pinks. Fast forward thirty plus years to a fabulous night at USANA last October. WOW!!! What a show. Still looking for an audio recording of the entire show.

"Down By The River" was certainly one of the highlights of the European tour I caught last year. This captures the spirit of it exactly. Thanks for posting.
I still don't know how you held the camera up for that damn long, brother. I tried to get this standing next to you and gave up after 1:30 and decided to just live in The Moment. Now I can live it over and over and over, I think I may have watched it five times now... Thanks so much for your sacrifice of arm comfort in lieu of truly rocking out to your favorite. Show of the year in Utah, for sure.
