Here is our NEW TO US Porsche GT3RS! This poor car was in an awful accident and the car itself is in very bad shape. BUT... I was told their was light at the end of the tunnel. The Motor and Transmission seem to be in tact...and there is still some pieces left on the car that could be worth some good money. Now... do you think this 911 GT3RS is worth saving?

That engine and trans in an older 911 would be crazy! I’m not doubting you guys on the ability to rebuild it but that would make a cool escape plan if you need it. Those seats in an 80s-90s 911 would be insane

Yes, TJ has rebuilt crashed cars before, but the Matt Armstrong effect is real through ALL the TH-camrs rn. Dustin, Stradman, etc. The real Matt Armstrong effect is in the way the video is produced, voiceovers, background music choice.

Exactly the edits are the main thing that make it kinda a copy. Yes tj has been doing rebuilds for awhile but this is in mats style

Tj hear me out here brotha. I think you should buy a older 911 and swap the drivetrain from the gt3rs along with some interior pieces into it. Something like how Jimmy oaks is doing with the Maserati engine in a 911.

There's just something satisfying about bringing a car back to life that shouldn't still be here. I can't wait to rebuild my own Porsche. I think I'll start with buying one
If I'm not mistaken most of the damaged threads are parts that can be replaced, and the others can absolutely be filled with aluminum weld and drilled and retapped for sure my man no worries getr done !!!!!! Looking forward to seeing what you got up your sleeves for the ruined chases it's definitely going to make an awesome project vehicle, like a off road lifted baha Frankenstein Lego puzzle thing it's endless the things you can do with that chases

I love the rebuilds, but it was so unsatisfying to see the NSX get rebuilt and then not get to see you enjoy it. For me its still about seeing you enjoy the cars after all the work. Anyway keep up the good work buddy

Lets hope you can get some of the structual parts as Matt Armstrong had serious issues as he wasnt a registered porsche repairer. He had to buy parts from the UK.
Man thats a lot of work. i can see parting it out but damn youre going to have damn near a used gt3 rs price after everything is fixed but itll have the salvaged title.

Using the body of the this GT3RS might be a good opportunity to build a street hunter kit, i imagine getting measurements as exact as they’d need to be would be hard but could be a thing
