A lot of outdated mods can still work on some new updates unless it uses the old update physics
The mod creator was banned from the beamng site. All of his mods like the DH hyperbolide and the DH outlaw were banned. Sadly you cannot download his mods. Well.... I have his mods on my computer and they work so maybe I’ll give you the download link later.

How about this. East Coast USA. There is a street racing tournament but the cops bust the race. You have to go any gas station.
The cars should be:
Neil & Camodo: Sunburst RS
Cops: Grand Marshall or any Sunburst cop car
Add some planes and those Bolides with guns and you should be set.

How to download this car ?
To install it first download the file. Then copy it (control-C). Then go to the repositorium, click "open mods folder", click "repo" and then past the mod file in there (control-V). Then you can close the file manager and BOOM! FLYING BOLIDE WITH A MINIGUN WORKING FOR YOU!! you´re welcome ;)
