I’ve watched a lot of live videos from past years and honestly this is by far the best one card display wise. Great stuff! I’ll definitely be watching this a few times leading up to next year
Thanks Johnny. I had to do YT justice and capture what I felt to be some of the most impressive tables yesterday. The Mantle autograph case was insane.
The show was a blast, had a great time at the party on Friday night and walking the show with you on Saturday! Being able to speculate on guys and look at the hobby from a little different perspective than what I'm use to was such a great experience. Not much love on the pricing for Dalbec or the Casas autos I saw. Your gold Dalbec is a great card, I think you'll be happy with where that one goes. Only downside is Gary Vee isn't as high on him as he is on Trevor May or Hunter Pence.

that t205 Mathewson PSA 6 is a beauty. as a vintage guy plus Griffey I love the old stuff. Cant afford most of it lol. But loved looking at it last year.
There was a Griffey "child" photo in the footage from the Probstein booth. His oldest reported photo of him in a baseball uniform they said. His glove size for a child was impressive.

Hopefully one day I will before they just go up so much in price where they just can't be touched at all. Philmington yeah most definitely lol.. I love that Soto ref ya picked up.. I had a bgs 9.5 but had a 9.0 corner sub grade. Sold it for like 180 after spring training. Think I’ll have to find a psa 10 of that. Such a beautiful card - it’s crazy to think Acuna is now double the price of Soto. I think they are 50/50. Cool pickups too!
Philmington yeah Soto is almost a year younger then Acuna too lol.. I guess Atlanta is a better market then Washington DC. That Black Update is a pop 1 I think, maybe pop 2.. I wish I would hit one with all the Update I opened lol I hit 7 total. 2 RC’s Mikolas & Miguel Gomez lol. But yeah, it’s a beautiful card

I have about $200 to play with...what cards would you suggest focusing on to start my collection? Would you blow it all on one Trout rookie card or would you spread it out a little more and grab a handful of cards? I value your opinion and would welcome any advice you can give me. Thanks man!!!
Well, you have to ask yourself if it's a hobby or an investment. For investment purposes I would target 1-2 mid-end cards. But that's not as fun as having 4-5. I think right now PSA 9s of 1980s HOF RCs (i.e. Puckett Fleer Update, Gwynn Topps) are a decent buy. But I would seriously consider a PSA 10 or BGS 9.5 of a lower end Trout rookie like 2011 Bowman Platinum, 2011 Bowmans Best, or even 2011 Bowman Draft. Also, I'd look into a PSA 10 of Juan Soto 2018 Topps Update (Rainbow Foil or Gold), not the rookie debut. These cards will run about $100 each and have a chance for greater S/T growth. A Fernando Tatis Topps Chrome auto wouldnt be a bad idea either. I'd go for a raw one given Topps Chrome's quality control last year. Just some suggestions off the top of my head The world is your oyster my friend!

Love that Dalbec man. I'm a huge sox fan as well. I've been hording Devers, Chavis, Dalbec and Casas all year. Will continue to do so. I'm glad the Sox did not trade their young prospects for a chance this season. It would have been a mistake, we just don't have the Mojo this year.
I don't think so. He had an assortment of stuff. Multiple Topps Gold Jeters in PSA 10s, Giannis cards, probably a Lebron or 2, random baseball vintage stuff no one has ever heard of...

The pricing of cards is getting way out of hand when I collected it was fair nowadays a kid doesn't have a chance that's why I stopped collecting especially now people are making fake cards finally the feds are involved the card industry is a joke
I would sell those of kuna cards ASAP people are buying now because of the hype on this settles down and people realize how many are produced there's already fifteen thousand of them graded Topps is getting back to the early 90s the population reports for the next year or going to be insane

I spotted first series Garbage Pail Kids. I can’t believe they are $500 per pack now. .25c for 5 cards in 85, 5c per card. Now $100 per card.
