You can ask for better prices in most big spends, e.g. carpets, floor tiles, building materials, and kitchen units, as mentioned. Of course, one should do some market research first - knowing the rough price from online superstores, etc. etc. Most physical stores, particularly smaller chains and independent ones, are willing to negotiate in order not to lose the custom to the online competitors...

在港反而冇講價，但來英後反而會，本地人教的，在網上看中了一件物品，在某店都看到同一件物品，但價錢略高，不妨show網價給店員看，通常都會減給客人。

喺英國買海鮮點解可以講價，其實全世界大部份城市買海鮮原來都真係可以講價，原因係海鮮嘅生存周期以及保存嘅周期非常之短，佢平到俾你係因為佢知道過夜之後更加不值錢，所以佢肯平幾多其實係好關乎嗰件貨嚟咗幾耐同埋佢短時間內有冇機會賣出，咁呢樣嘢因為大數據及人工智能係冇辦法準確地計算嗰件海鮮是否靚，因此牽涉人手更多嘅嘢價錢反而更加容易講價

喺香港講價人地話你老土。黎到澳洲，喺啲大連鎖店買電器傢俬要講價。買樓買車都要講價。啲人買車喺車行同人糾纏四五個鐘講價。我之前買車要去啲 forum 問吓大家傾成咗乜價，心中有概念 on the best price。

我反而試過成功講價。我隔山買牛。在Manchester 市中心買入一個Apartment 新單位。我初期要求香港地產代理減價百分之三。之後再要求減價百分之四。最後更勁成功減價百分之五先正式成交。因為我相信英國發展商開價也是比市場價格貴。另外我也教另外一個朋友成功買入一個新入伙Apartment 。也是Manchester 市中心。他成功同發展商減價免費第一年管理費。因為一年管理費也需要三千英鎊。因為如果乜也不做。自己問題。試過起碼有機會。當然實際睇情況
有冇諗過直接和本地代理傾，經香港代理，其實價錢貴咗一截。
在香港買外國樓肯減價你已經被搵笨自欺欺人⋯⋯

即是你去買一件東西10 鎊，在 cashier 時要給11.5 鎊 ，即15% 銷售稅。
急凍海鮮係比較難講價錢，冰鮮以及新鮮嘅係容易一啲、最容易講嘅的確係冰鮮左半日以上嗰啲

香港無乜地方/事情可以講價, 通常都明碼實價, 你講價通常會比人媽义多, 反而買樓咁大數目係有價講, 但你都唔可以同原主講(否則可能被人打), 都係同AA講!!

請問買新樓講價方法，我3個前，看上一個新樓盤，發展商末定價，大約價335000鎊，可先付250鎊holding deposit, 6個月幾才有價單，不足幾天便給人hold 了全部單位。我亦hold 了一個。請問這些熱單位，如果一出價單，如何講價呢？因為真是比較搶地點

is it possible to introduce in your next video how to get back the cash back from Top Cash Back, is it possible to get back into bank account or just only coupon from specified merchants? thank you.
If you have a UK bank account, you can link up to your TopCashback account and the cashback can cash out to your bank accordingly. If you don't have a bank account, you can either pay out to your PayPal account or redeem merchants' e gift card which usually have bonus.

Not changing number plates. Is new car registration number plate will show what year the car is made. So buying the newly registered early mean you get most value as the car depreciates.
