I remember this as a kid. I got to the top and realized there was no going back. Great coaster.
The scariest part is just going up it takes so long and you realize that you can’t turn back
I can say from experience that the first drop is crazy and my vision went black but I would give it a 10/10 for having so many tall drips and turns
When I rode this ride I had the biggest stomach dropping feeling throughout the coaster

To anyone who is too scared to go on this: Sure, it may look intimidating, but trust me, it’s actually REALLY fun. Once you get past that first drop, it’s fine for the rest of the ride. I loved it.

This comment is for the person who is scared of roller coasters but thinks they look fun. Bro get on it, I hate heights and I did it finally, the only thing that is “scary” is the height. The drop last a while but after the first drop the rest is a breeze. If you can, grab the seat in front of you and just look directly at it, and you’ll be fine. Ride this one first and every other coaster will feel easy. You got it!

This right gives great airtime and surprisingly, my stomach didn't drop during this ride at all, but my stomach drops like crazy on the last drop on the Runaway Mine Train lol
Man that climb was brutal my first time riding.. I swore off rollercoasters .. but ended up loving it!

Lapissed It is actually really fun. The drop may look really tall and intimidating, but it’s not as bad as you think. Trust me.
That hill before the first helix gives some amazing floater air if you’re small like me. Definitely check it out.

Both my boyfriend and I almost blacked out at the bottom of the first drop. Definitely won't forget this coaster.

Brings memories back as a kid
We would visit six flags more often but my little sister stops everyone from going because she has a fear of rollercoasters and has never been on one. Still haven't gotten on this ride! Hope to next time!
Madeline Timiney you really should. I live a few miles west of it, but still only get there about twice a year, and i have a season pass. (I love fright fest)
This and Goliath ( the original ) are very weird hyper coasters.

I am a kid and I rode that with my mom I was freaking out! I closed my eyes and..I CAN'T BELIEVE I RODE THAT!!!

This reminds me of Goliath from Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia California
I think the last time I went to Six Flags was when this one was fairly new. I always wondered though, why does the Titan not have any loops or rolls?
Because this ride is called a hyper coaster and hyper coasters don’t have inversions (upside down parts) on them.
I swear I thought this was an animation for about 3/4 of the ride until I saw the trees and people.

Although this ride is the biggest in the park I do not think it is the scariest. The first drop is crazy but after that this ride is fantastic. Would definitely go on it again!

Question to roller coaster enthusiasts: On a scale from 1 to 10, how intense is the first drop? I'm trying to decide if I want to go on it or not😂
Piper LaBarge the first drop isn't anywhere near as scary as New Texas Giant's. it's more psychologically scary because you're higher up but the angle and shaping are really shallow.
I personally think Titan is more intense than Texas giant

6/10 it's intense but the drop isn't like Texas giant that u feel like flying and quite shallow so yeah

yes the first drop gives you that feeling

the first few hills are the best when you're up against the bar instead of on the seat.
Andrea Rose Grills so I rode this, giant, and mr freeze for the first time today. ( now I’ve been on all the roller coasters there ) and none of them really got my belly, not even mr freeze which is straight up and down. The first drop on the titan is not steep so your belly doesn’t drop. (Coming from a 15 year old that uses to be scared of roller coasters😄)
Not quite close tho if you want a Superman kinda drop then I would suggest the Mr.Freeze

the ride is so fun but at the part where it stops abruptly be careful some guy that went before me hit his head on the seat in front of him and started bleeding.
Drop may be the longest in the state, but trust me it's not as steep as any of the other coasters. It's a great ride if you're alright with high speeds and intense G-forces.

This looks almost the same as Goliath
Titan is... fine. I've been on it more than any other hyper. But it could be so much more. It's very intense, but there's like four seconds of airtime in a floater hill and that's it for the entire ride, which is sad for a 285-foot hyper. Cf. Goliath at SFOG, which is all airtime with 85 less feet of drop to work with.
