- Hey guys, 6 months later and still liking the delete. There’s no 2 step just me hitting the rev limiter 🤣 but hope you enjoy the sound cause I do. 137k on the odo rn, and still driving strong.

Soo lotus used the camry v6 engine in the Evora
Yeah
Oh damn never knew that lmao
@The Real VR no it doesn’t.
That’s why lotus are reliable sports cars to have but they do have the same motors
In Australia these are the Toyota Aurion. We have a supercharged TRD version aswell. Very cool cars!
That shit sounds amazing
I was thinking about doing this to a camry , whats this set up ? Just a muffler delete or something else
does this have a 2gr fe?
What exactly did you do to it
Thinking about muffler delete on my Avi but I've never done something like this. How is cabin drone in city+highway?
It’s not bad , it doesn’t drone really
Is this in an Automatic?? How you make it sound like that when you revved? I have a 2011 Camry Se V6, catback
JayR Natividad I just revved it to redline. It had a muffler delete so it’d sound on the same on yours bro🤙
that's the rev limiter
Did this to mine and it’s beautiful. How’s reliability been. I’m at 87K just bought it last week. Previous owner was a white lady so it’s maintenance is perfect haha. You think I’ll get some good life out of it even if I’m pushing it pretty hard.
Dylan Garcia hell yeah bro I’m at 157k now, it still pulls strong. All I’ve changed in three years are the radiator, serpentine belt and coil packs for spark plugs, it’s been good to me. You got a good buy
@@kylmj9039 that’s amazing to hear bro. I’m rough on my V6 cause she sounds sexy haha. Glad to hear you haven’t had to do any major rebuilds
Same I’ve only had to replace the radiator in my ‘07. Two passenger axle but that’s cuz I gave it a 2” drop so the cv joint angle is fucked off. Other than that she’s treated me right. I commute and get 27-29mpg so hopin I’ll get to 250-300k if I resist racing people all the time lol #CamryGang
Forgot I’ve replaced my belt and coils too.
I'm a bit late but mines got 284,000 on it, still peels the f out when flooring it under 30 mph lol I've smoked a good amount of cars in it well past 200k miles 2gr is so nasty for a family sedan
Just found a 07 with 34k 😮💨
Nice I’ve been debating to do the same thing cause of the drone. I just hit 98k miles on mines
Ayy , #Camryfam there’s a lot more miles left to go😂😂 I’m at 147k rn and still pulling strong. All I’ve had to change on this car after 25k miles is the radiator and my suspension. Amazing car bro
It’s loud tho but it only drones at 1/2k rpm
Kyle J yea my last car was a 2000 celica and it had 320k miles and still drove. I’m sure this will outlast that car. I don’t think I will delete my muffler and resonators due to the drone. Only thing I have done to the Camry so far is install some hids and leds all over. Currently working on a subwoofer box which should be done within a week.
Phi Phan Nice man! Long live Toyota lmao, they can really run a long time
Yea my pops and myself love Toyota’s. That’s all he has since a few years after my birth cause he had tons of problems back in the day with impalas and American cars. My dad had... a 99 Tacoma with 316k and still ran fine. A Privia with 300+k miles. He currently runs a 98 corolla with 124k miles. Now to figure what went wrong with my sound system.... was working fine then now it took a crap on me.
Did this affect performance? I heard that doing resonator deletes slow cars down i have a v6 camry also
It didn’t since this was just a muffler delete, but didn’t/don’t know about the resonator slowing it down
From my experience on a res delete on the v6 I lost low end toque maybe gained a few hp. Ended up putting a resonator back in and got a borla axleback now
You guys are funny. Its not about how much HP you gain but about the loss of 50lb silent stock muffs that slow you down.
What all upgrades did u do I did the muffler swap however my v6 dose not sound anything like urs 😂
At the time it was just a muffler delete😂 I even had the resonators on
can't believe, that is Camry 0_0
Yeah it's cooo
2023 🔥 🔥 🔥
what do u ask for this type of muffler? or exhaust?
Just ask the shop to remove the mufflers
Any change in performance or mileage
lakha Lakho No performance change and mpg depends on the gas station, I’ve experimented with at least 10 diff ones and the good ones give me 20-21 mpg city and 25 highway and the bad ones give me 17 city and 20 highway
@@kylmj9039 legit same, plus summer blends are watered down like a mofo .What gas stations give you 21 mpg?
Sick
Brandon Azemia thanks bro
👍
Any issues with drone?
Mack Davis a bit at lower rpms, like 2k but besides that, it’s good , but it is a loud ass car. If you let someone drive it off you’ll hear it yourself so he prepared for that
Kyle J I did the same thing to my Avalon about a year ago, but the drone while driving on the highway was somewhat annoying, so I put the stock exhaust back on. I’m still trying to find a way not to have drawn because a lot of people with aftermarket exhaust to do the same thing.
Nasty in a good way
Haha it was!!
I have the same car but it’s a I4, I regret it I should have gone for the v6.
Yeah man you wouldn’t have regretted it! I’m at 141k miles rn and running strong, beat a 2016 maxima v6 the other day😄 and can beat any stock civic si lol
@@kylmj9039 I have a 2005 Avalon with the same engine. I smoked an Ecoboost mustang and a charger RT yesterday 🤣💁🏿♂️
King H yo I got a 2009 Avalon limited and what all did u have done to ur car??
@@tuongatkek822 just A muffler delete
Luis Santana it's funny because v6 is more reliable and gets the same gas mileage
This is a 2013 camry se? V6?
What exactly did you do?
Brian , nada man, I just cut the mufflers off, nothing else
Is the resonator still there?
Dipanjal Roy Yeah man, I only took the mufflers off👌🏾
nice camry :)
Thanks bro
sounds like toyota supra
Lance Mancio that’s one of my dream cars🤙
So what you’re telling me is I can make my Camry sound like a Supra ? 😅
@@kylmj9039 nice supra
It’s a 3.5L 2GR-FE
Lol yes it is
@@kylmj9039 man I would love to have a 2GR swap on my xB 🙏🏼
@@toyotabrony would be awesome bro
Sounds like a V6 exige unsurprisingly
I think I heard someone say Lotus used the v6 from Toyota so yeah I guess unsurprisingly lol
@@kylmj9039 yep they do lol but it's really it's only the block. Everything else is different
Only Florida man....
That’s why I came here 🤧
Is this a reliable car honestly?
Yea , it really is. I’ve had it since April 2018 and put 25k miles on it. Engine wise, I’ve only had to change the radiator And stuff like sway bars and struts.
I got my Camry used with 93k miles. Runs great. Only a radiator hose was replaced since. Ez to keep it running good/great with just the normal oil changes. Only wish I got the se model instead since the xle rear seats are not foldable and feels like a boat. The se model has a bit stiffer springs so the handling is a bit better. But that’s just my opinion.
Yes all models engine
Family Lotus
👨👩👦👦
2 0 2 2 . .
I have a 2012 toyota camry se v6 I am doing the delete soon 👌
Pfft 😂😂
Sound like a gtr almost lol
ISSA VIBEZ lmao
90 hp
