Yeah, I was just there today. Ripple is by far the best trail there (for beginners at least). I saw some really big berms just below the exit that are inaccessible, so maybe that will be the continuation of the trail.
Looks fun ... Hopefully they'll maintain it. Last time I was there I ended up renting a bike cause rocks kept hitting my frame. Not sure there's much they can do with all that shale though. EDIT: lol a second later 3:57
Otherwise known as broken dinner plates. It was pretty chill and fast. Also hoping they keeping adding stuff to it! I’ll be posting soon of a reading Mt Penn video soon of some massive jumps there. Stay tuned
This trail featured here is a great beginner trail, nothing that is going to send you over the handle bars but just fun to practice your turns and small jumps. Boulevard would be a step up and get you rolling into some fun stuff. But you can definitely go at your own pace at Blue and work up to stuff you can feel more comfortable on. I would say somethin to look out for is the gravel is very “slatie” meaning after the winter season and large rain storms, you will see the slippery little rock’s that slide like dinner plates on the trail. You see me slide late in my video on them lol but nothing crazy to worry about
@@RichterEvan Lol there are some off to the side stuff you can do. I went when they didn’t have it fully finished so I don’t know how it is going to look this year
nice ride thanks for the vid to late to get there this year
Thank you! Hope to see ya out on the trails 🤙
My wife and I just rode that trail over and over again last Saturday. So much fun!
That’s awesome! Haven fun out there, honestly looking to find more “free” trails like this lovally

Going there this summer, is there any good trails for beginners or are they all challenging?

@@foymtb2861 okay thank you. Is there any jumps? I was kinda multitasking while watching and didn’t really pay too much attention lmao

Hopefully this is just phase 1 for this trail. So many dead spots.
I do hope there are some additions in the future, feels like you would need features on those long straight runs
