They told me since i dont have my old account info on T-mobile they cant unlock it & ill have to go a near by store to unlock it.. so how is that process with finding somebody with an account to help ? How do they do it
@@Fadedninjaa I got a Tmobile friend, he called and it's didn't work. The phone was not registered on him, so there is nothing they can do, need to activate this phone for some time, I heard 3 months min and then you can claim it as yours and request unlock.
I tried this but they claimed: "You have to talk to the person that sold you the phone" and couldn't unlock the phone for me. So does it depend on the customer service rep?
