I honestly think we're overthinking she'll just be prob replace hulkbuster in destroy decks or at least be one of the slots(to me it's LOCK with DP, wolverine, Nico, killmonger, Knull, death, carnage, vemon, deathlock, and we mix and match those last slots. Arana, HB, agony, zola, attuma.
Basically if you didn't get araña, nows your chance to get essentially the same card. The only difference is she merges instead of moving but they both serve the same function of clearing space in a lane. I'm gonna have so much fun playing her in a Shaw/Buff style deck 🤘
i dont agree with the people that are saying this is power creep. The mechanics are different. you have to play agony and then the card you want to buff. Youre locked out of certain combos but it opens up new ones. (although come use cases its a little power crept like the most important one. Deadpool) awks
Hmmmmm. It's a good card but I think I'd hold until it's a week you need 3 out of 4. Would feel rough to roll the random card into one you already own, then be fully reset
Not feeling this one TBH. The post-resolution activation takes away a LOT of the potential for abuse. You even pointed out yourself that she doesn't work with Brood... on the way to having Brood in one of your decks meant to show her off. I mean sure, she's free, so I'll have her in my collection, but I am setting my expectations very low. This does not feel like Cassandra Nova where they wanted to vaccine the meta against Arishem by getting her into as many hands as possible. This feels more like a card they don't want to feel bad about having charged for.
Your last point is definitely correct, however I think you're implying that it's a negative, which I don't think it is. She simply isn't a particularly exciting card.

A great card but currently a bit difficult due to the meta with cosmo played a bunch and alioth can also be a problem.
