I was in the support band that played on this tour and can honestly say I heard them play every night and really did sound this huge. It's not so much backing tracks as having an extra guitarist, (Mike from oceansize) and a bunch of great sound engineers..!

Wow every aspect of that set sounded better than the actual album, Ben puts a metronome to shame, James' bass sounds immense, the backing vocals were spot on and Simon's vocals are milimetre perfect, while playing riffs that pulled Wembley to bits. Such a good job its getting a release haha
+George Moore This isnt a recorded playover... they have all of their mics/guitar/drums noises isolated so they can record the songs with better quality (such as instead of constantly hearing the noise of the audience all throughout the show) but with this it also allows them to do editing such as pitch correction, so really it is them playing live but its just not a completely raw performance to some extent

I turned 18 3 days before the concert :D Tickets were sold out after 2 minuttes but i managed to get 1 and it was the best concert I've ever experienced!!!

The third track is just layering. most live DVDs do it, it's not another part, just beefing out the rhythm guitar to give it that arena feeling. The piano in the studio version plays right the way through the song, when they do it live (like here) they're doing the rest of the piano on the guitars. It's not perfectly honest, no, but it sounds incredible in the end.
Was lucky enough to see these guys live a small venue when they opened for Motorhead and The Foos... WHY THE FUCK are they not popular in the States yet?!
I remember ages ago they had all the videos from this gig on TH-cam. What happened to that? I remember Machines gave me goosebumps. I know they have a live album from this show, but do they have a live dvd? Would kill to see Machines with video footage again
