The new livery looks spot on for the car also sitting a lot better with the brakes and suspension :)

Are the brakes a rebranded calliper? Like a Brembo or similar? Or just a Chinese calliper, much like k-sport, yellowspeed etc?

Would you say theres a difference in going for the 355 v 330? I was planning on getting the 330, purely cause the 355 seems like overkill. Im guessing the biggest difference is brake fade?

The 330 kit is perfect for most people we just wanted to make this a bit of a showpiece as well as functional

Good video. I am interested in the rear brakes but cannot find them on your webshop.

It looks like you have the 330mm kit on the other car. How would you compare the 2 kits agains each other on track?
Did you have the s285 turbo on the red one for the trackday? Any more thoughts on it now you’ve spent a bit more time with it?

I have the 355 on both, the red one is just stage 1, to put into context the following shots I wasn’t pushing the blue car which is running the S285, it’s a fantastic unit and very complimentary to these cars, ideal turbo for smaller tracks

🤔Wish you had purchased the i20N and saved you cash, also comes with a 5 year warranty even for track use 😮

We do some mods for the i20N too on our website 😎, these mk8 are incredible round track in standard form but with a few mods they are a really good car around track

why do you fit 225/40/18 size tires? st size are 205/45/17 or 205/40/18

Because that’a the only size you can get for that particular type of tyre, and it’s important to have good tyres for track use, the little extra makes virtually no difference

I have done the same. It will fit perfect even if you are lowering it with the shorter springs.
Only if you have a mud flap, you need to remove it.
My experience is that I have more grip with 0 to 60 and cornering is better 2.
Also the tires are way less expensive as the 205.
      Oem isn't always better.
My speed dial is more accurate as well.
If I drive 52, I drive 50. With my 205 tire it was almost 6 difference!
