im suprised you didnt get pissed at the guy @ 2:40 tbh. Blatantly pricing up high and then getting bitchy when someone asks you about it in a nice way in a snarky tone is a great way to never get sales done. The smaller transactions are the ones that make vendors thrive. I got offended through the screen lol. Post more of these though they are fun to watch 👍
@@PeacockTCG. thanks for the comment! Your point 100% stands, but I think context missing from this video is that i’ve worked with that guy at several shows. We often disagree on condition or price but usually get one small deal done around or under market. He’s the vendor in my last vid who gave me a free Scizor card cause he remembered I’m a Scizor collector. So he’s a good dude, the only part of it I don’t like is someone who doesn’t know better might overpay by 300%. Don’t love that aspect but vendors are entitled to price however they like. Just a hobby or side hustle for most people buying and selling at these shows! The volume required to make a living at it is pretty significant. I actually have a video coming out on Friday for part 2 of this show where I talk about this with a vendor who’s pursuing it full time!
