I disagree about the rose trowel, I tried it one time, I didn't like the lift,I prefer the marshalltown, been using it for 40 year,I also quite like the tzyack, but the daddy for me is the marshalltown ,and very well done to the 2 young lads,the next generation 👍

Rose is definitely the best trowel steel is loads better than marshalltown and whs and the lift on the handle is loads better for wrists and elbow don’t suffer with tennis elbow as since since swapping
They have been a god send over the last few years. We treat them all exactly the same as our lads, treat em right, pay them well and they always work hard for us
We'd be lost in Ireland without foreign lads they are good at the wet trades ..especially tiling and painting.. Don't know many bricklayers that are foreign... the odd plastering gang.. which some have trouble with especially external sand and cement finish there not used to it... but in the main they seem to be glad of the work... no young lads taking up trades over here .. I don't blame them.. people don't have respect for trades over here.. they want to give you 100 euros a day for a carpenter... as a self employed carpenter I can't work for anywhere under 200 euros a day
Seeing beffore Uk and I know Europian workers mostly are from south Europe/Uk have better brick laayer and I can say plaster,can say for painter/but UK extremly good paints not to much Euro brands can compare whit Uk paints,electric and drywall is better in EU,and all this decorative jobs,for plumbing and tiling dont Know..

Without Johnny foreigner there wouldn't be too much built in England. Irish did the majority of the graft for donkeys years and East Europeans on it now. Some decent English gangs exist and you have a good firm but unfortunately the typical English "tradesman" is mostly concerned about getting a tan, tattoos and a fresh haircut.

But any hard blows the vibration on the arm is unbelievable just a shitty plastic handle. MOB line pins won’t be beat ya will smash into anything will never bend. Imex best line in about. Club hammer the Vaughan for anti vibe hard to beat Stanley fat max good anti vibe also estwing club trash also. Super slick work from the gangs buddy. Nice see proper trowels getting used W Rose. Can’t be beat proform handle beautiful use narrow London. Speedcrete for w rose. Get a limber blade more flex or a more solid blade if ya ask them they will try and and get 1 to suit your requirements. Tighten the fuckers right up. W rose been for a lot longer than marshalltown. Marshalltown put a lacker over steel to hide poor quality steel.

A got them sent from jay the Belgium 🇧🇪 bricky if happen to have a look at some bud vids you will see him using on some videos. There super sharp like a dooming chisel lol probs even use to chisel a peep joint lol. Web site wise never came across them hence a hit jay to send across. Did buy mob duch pins once on eBay again the Dutch pins look second to none also. Nowadays line pins don’t get used much but when on just when pulling a line of summit rock hard etc these fellas we tap in with hammer nae issues the British line pins just suited for green mortar the next day as you know.
I'm English and work in London. To be fair I haven't really got any gripes about the Eastern Europeans and if anything most of the wankers on site are English. The only issue that can arise is when the foreman puts you with a foreign gang and they speak their own language. It just makes the day drag.
We do find that the europeans tend to stick in their own gangs and some of our English lads are the same as you. Its not that they don't like them, just they don't speak the lingo. I had a Lithuania fella in my gang, spot on he was. He was a driver in the Russian army before moving to England, when I imported a dog from Germany he drove over with me. 28 hours door to door and he done most of the driving.........we didnt speak much 😂

im not racist or anything but in 8 years of bricklaying out of 100 english birckys i met only 10 good ones but thats same from European birckys met only couple good ones aswell.And the rest was bad ones messy the walls not straight my opinion is dont matter where you from if you good bricky who can lay 500 at day all nice bond and straight wall happy days its small amount of brickies like myself my brother and charlie collison and the rest i dont know who can lay 1000 at day all nice straight. and i like your videos wish to see daily uploads mate

been using the rose for probs 6 years now wide london 10.5 inch moved on from shit marshaltown and it helps my elbow believe it or not
