It's just amazing 👏 I just picked my 2023 c8 yesterday after a 3 year wait and the transmission has failed me after 45km I didn't even get it home I'm gutted
@LateModelRacecraft I lost drive then the engine light came on. Idle creep message displayed. Then got it going again which at that point I lost 2nd 4th and reverse huge squealing sound followed. I live in Australia also so we don't have the resources that yous in the states have it's a disaster it's at the dealer now waiting for the result
Sorry if this is ignorant to ask, but how is the baseline making 596 hp on the engine Dyno when the c8 official Chevrolet numbers are 495 flywheel hp? Did this years c8 base cars get a factory hp increase?
We show engine Dyno baseline of 486hp and then the after of 596hp with our heads-cam package. This is also known as flyeheel horsepower like rated from the factory.
@@chasemytaillights Maybe that's what 'corrected' means at the top of the Dyno chart.? If so it's very confusing that they would label (bhp?) from an engine Dyno as rwhp. Maybe they made a typo there?
I've been waiting to hear ac8 sound that way I can't wait to hear a 427 with a cam race against the ZO6 naturally aspirated versus naturally aspirated I believe the 427 will beat it

Car sounds like shit! Nothing to do with the build as LMR is top notch. It’s just the mid engine/exhaust design I guess. Sounds like there is something wrong with the car. Just my opinion of course. Now that chop on the previous generations was music to my ears!

Its not. The baseline was in the red, the new motor numbers are in the black

looks that way, you can get a cam with hardware for under 1k heads 4k tune 3 k so that only leaves labour and 10k to drop the engine is a crime

I saw 486 and 596 go shown on the screen. C8 is way more work to remove engine than C7...

You need to buy a new dyno. LT2 does not make 485 to the wheels and those graphs look ridicules
