Hi Julie my question today is, is that possible for any reason that my low tack mat dont go in the machine when i want to scan i have to push a little bit on it otherwise my régular mat go easely and work well. Is it possible that my lowtack mat is not detected bye the machine dx 225.because to much dirty i try to clean it but nothing happen. Thank you Julie and i hope an anser to read you again. Sorry for my english i'm from Québec at Montréal.
Oh no not the machine. I love my machine I was talking about my 12x24 mat, it kept spitting it out. so I looked for reasons why, and found out the mat was to old for the machine. I was so upset.
Hi Julie, on this 12 x 24 mat, I see that you download image from pattern collection after you set up your page. But am I correct if I already have image that I created for cutting, instead of download I should select the scan button? So I can scan and cut. Right?? Thanks so much, I really enjoy your video.
Great that you can cut 22x24 but csn u scan something 12x24 to cut thats what i would like to know please can u do a video on that n then i would get this machine thank u
brother why did y'all make this machine so horrible please change the mats they suck they don't stick after 2 projects and I cant scan and acutely cut on any Matt why!! what is the reason fix this

omg im so frustrated my machine will not scan then cut on. the 12x24 at why
Yeh but make sure the date on either size mats don’t have last June and July and possible Aug product dates...because they will stop working
