Great review. the Krispy yeast is expensive in the UK, Ive just made a pseudo lager from Kveik "Ubbe" yeast. Turned out great and I cant really tell the difference from a normal lager. I used Polish Lublin hops.
Great videos! Saflager 34/70 lager yeast seems super popular right now... have tried that? How does that compare with the Krispy Kveik for a crispy lager?
Yes I have to get a pressure fermenter or 3. I loved the auto zester. These beers both sound great. I often start new hobbies by buying everything I need and not start till I have the extras. I got 10 liter automatic fermenter with both heating and cooling and it can tell you when it has finished fermenting. But doesn't tell you gravity readings. It is designed to perfectly match they're 10 liter extract packs. I recently got the brewzilla but haven't got a full batch fermenter yet. Flora has inspired me to stop just watching videos and try start doing full grain.
Interesting … great videos Ms Flora! I was just thinking about messing with SA-07 at room temp (67F) sans pressure fermentation, for a Mexican style lager. Thoughts?
Can you please make a video of the ss conical brewtech. I like to see that one in use . I have the same one. The one you use to passivate in that video u made. Please and ty.

I have heard that mixing things like lime and other citrus makes the beer spoil much quicker. Did you experience anything like that?
Hmmm, those both sound yummy, may have to try that recipe. Seems odd seeing tasting videos without your sidekick Jenny. Heep up the good work!🍻
Thank you for the video. The beer looks very clear. How long did it mature after carbonization and at what temperature?

They sound delicious! Cheers! 🍺🎩
I think I might try this recipe with US-05 - it might get closer to a lager than the S-04.
