Based off our popular DV Extreme series with an update in materials to increase the mAh to size ratio. Built with 100% LCO cathodes for optimum performance and cycle life. The low IR(internal resistance) of the cells used in these packs means you wil get very good acceleration and speed while keeping the pack down in temperature. These can be used as speed run packs at a maximum speed of 165 MPH due to the size of the tabs. These are a great budget oriented speed run pack. You will not find a pack with better performance at a better price. For those who are higher up in speed the SRD-V2 packs are what we recommend.

Really excited to see more of these come out. I had some of their Graphene v2 4S 8000mAh lipos and they were amazing. A defective XLX2 ended up killing them though, so I'll be on the lookout for a new set of these I can replace those Graphene packs with.
If you remove the plastic piece that slides up and down in the front top of the battery tray the body sits down pretty flat.

Do feel a big difference in power when using these lipos vs the SMC DV Extreme ?
Dumb question. They recommend another battery in the description for anything over 165mph. First, I don't have a 165mph car but for the life of me I can't figure how the battery knows the speed lol. BTW, the Rlaarlo challenge is up to 131 on a small 5s.

The battery doesn't know the speed, they're most likely referring to the amp draw at those types of speeds, but giving them a max speed rating is strange. Different setups will draw different amps even at the same speed. They should just list the maximum amperage the pack can output instead of talking about the maximum "speed".
