Finally he's back🧡🧡🧡🧡 Tony the pain n my kneecap hasn't gone away after an injury (dislocation) even thought i still do my strength training, any recommendations mate ?
Oh boy! That sounds nasty! I would recommend searching the knees over toes guy. Pretty sure he does some rehab exercises that might help. For now, When you are performing exercises, make sure you’re not going too far into pain - even if you can’t get much range without it hurting. Also stick to body weight exercises for now until you’re able to load pain free. It might take a while, but be patient 🧡

Do you have recommendations for slimming down thighs? I feel like I have too massive legs (without great shot strength and definitely without endurance. Also haven't been to a gym for years and play soccer 1-2x/week and bike a lot.
It’s hard to say to be honest. A lot of factors can contribute to larger legs. Having said that, If you’d like to get a harder shot, I’d recommend working a bunch of your technique - as most of the power comes from technique 👍
@thefootballfolk yeah, I'm working on that. My current best idea for slimming down my legs is to go on longer runs. But I really, really hate jogging 🙈

Will there be any recovery work in this series? Or mostly exercise?
The plan would be to also have recovery sessions too. But for the meantime, I’m going to be focusing on workouts 👍

Love the idea of having the ball close. I can play football and chase the ball for 90 mins but when I have to just run I’m bored after 5.
It’s those times what really makes the difference 💪
I am the same. I always include a football in preseason workouts. Keeps me motivated to know I’m doing this for a reason.
