With the new digital LSAT, how might test writers be able to strategically chose a question order? Do you think it would take too much time to go through the questions, figure out which order to do them in, write down that question order (perhaps on a piece of paper), and then complete the questions in that order?

That is my thought too, if not the order to do them in , at least you know what to look for while reading it.
What I do is read first question and try to answer it as I read and get general understanding of passage

On digital versions of the lsat online allow you to highlight by right clicking on the texts .
