Call back again and tell them to retype the phone number for the account you’re calling for. Same exact thing happened to me and they were going off of the phone number i was calling from. Once the agent typed in the phone number manually she saw the transaction that was in question. Hope that helps and hope you get a full credit back. I’m sorry that happened to you.

Unfortunately people can Screen shot the register rewards. Just a heads up. I hope you get your issue resolved with customer service.

I would screenshot the transaction details of that purchase and call back to speak to someone else (maybe a supervisor or someone higher in status in customer service). I am sure if you send a screenshot of it & they can see it on your account (not dure why they couldnt in the first place). Hopefully they will make it right . Also maybe change your password, pin, etc. to be certain they can't do that again sorry that happened 😢. I am a new subscriber and love your videos 💞
Hi, Alysia! I've heard quite a few people go through that at both walgreens and cvs. Luckily, at cvs, i feel a little more secure, because i don't clip my ecbs. I would definitely call or chat with other reps until one of them gets it right.

TFS 😊 Definitely contact CS again! I couldn’t find the Nivea Q to begin with yest when searching it on the coupons section, then it popped up today when I just searched for Nivea body wash in general…it showed deals that would apply & the Q was there to clip.

I think im catching on to walgreens now. So if im using a spend booster i cant use WC but i can use RR? Is that correct? And if im getting a RR back i can use RR or WC to pay?
It happened to me at CVS. CS gave me part of it only in the end. She apparently did not see the total of what I lost and had a different amount. So I got 32 out of 45 that I lost. The first CS saw it and was getting approval from her supervisor and the call got disconnected. So when I got the other one and I got most of it back. I just took it and moved on. The person who stole it bought chips and soda worth $45 bucks.
Unfortunately I think it is true. When I moved I hadn't changed my zip code on my Walgreens and entered the zip code wrong at checkout. The cashier said that wasn't right. I said oh I moved. And he said oh well I can change it for you. Did not verify in anyway that it was me. Also pretty sure it was my husband's account in his name. Which makes if even worse. I would definitely contact them again. Sorry this happened 😕😕😕
How do you keep up with what spend boosters you have used? I know I have used some of my spend boosters but, I can not find any information on which ones I have used.
I keeps a notes document with all of my accounts and the account info then each booster I have for each account and coupons and once I use them I will delete it from the notes so I know I already used it.
I had this happen on one of my accounts. Someone in Florida did 2 transactions for $50 each. Thankfully customer service was able to help me change my pin and credited the missing WC. I haven’t had any issues since.
Good question! I do wish Walgreens would make a change on this and have some kind of indication that shows when a booster has been used. I personally shop once a week at Walgreens so I don’t really have issues remembering the boosters I’ve used. If I did I have videos I can go back through and look to see 😅 but I would maybe jot it down or keep track in your notes app like the other comment suggests! It’s a great idea
Try going to the ad section of the app, scroll down to the nivea and clip it from there. Even if it doesn't show in your clipped coupons, adding 2 to your cart, it should be there. Hope that helps. That's what I had to do.
Get a phone number off of the Internet I believe this happened to@Jodi Dunn. I learned everything from her😂 she actually addressed this, although it was for a different drugstore how she handled it
I think I would call back to Walgreens and talk to a different customer service agent and see if they can help you.

Yes!! Love that about CVS. I do clip them but only right before I go to the register to use them so definitely not worried about that

Maybe make a Google voice number and change your phone number that? Idk if you change your phone number though.
