I don't want to draw a doomsday scenario for no reason. But to have multiple people fring the new Mute Battleship from Orbit essentially disabling your entire robot for what feels like forever simply per button press... That is an impact coming from space that has no place in this game. Battleships never should have been allowed into the game. We were all against it. And now, they not only add incredible powers to your robot and gameplay which they did so far - now they also break the gameplay quite literally...

Hehe, I would sure turn around a lot of things. But of course I gotta be honest: I don't know how to make a game run successful as a business.
But really believe forcing a new meta upon the players every few months, nerfing and pushing aside the previous is a very bad model for the long term.
@@ManniGamingmanni the reason nothing is changed is because the whales out there will always buy the new op stuff. I was complaining in the official Reddit about ochokochi and I was muted. Pixonic won’t care what a f2p thinks.
They would never allow it . The game would be monumentally better but pixonics profits would be cut and the couldn’t have that . Pixonics motto seems to be Money over community!

I would actually like mute if everybody had access the anti jamming support. This way it is actually skilled. @@dennypg3d105 Good idea, but that wouldn't work. In a competitive arena, where attacking is the most effective in the long run, attack type ships are simply better. Most ships that attack won't allow an anti-jamming, so you either WAIT for an enemy to blind you, (which you could misread an anglers ability for the Mute ship) or you just use an attack ship, and get them to a lower HP and get them off the board faster. Simple choice in a fast paced game, unfortunately.
The “mute” is totally broken. If you go into a squad battle and a couple guys decide to target you. You simply cannot fight.

They add the Mute-Battleship to sell a new Anticontroll which saves you from blinding. That would be a normal Pixo move

There's already a defence available. Anti jamming support turret for your mothership. It prevents you from getting blinded. They created it in response to the Angler meta. I currently have one on my Palladin.

Manni, thank you for putting this out there. The game isn’t ruined yet, because I still have those few games where I can run my older bots and fun setups. However it is getting less and less. Yesterday was the first time I experienced exactly what you Just showcased in this video constant blinding and lockdown. It is frustrating!

I do that also Manni on some maps with Lynx, you find areas that you get up close to and the newton can’t lift you, it’s a great tip for players.
With "everything" happening in this game in a negative way lately (including the "subtle" cheaters) I doubt it will ever get fixed, it's beyond repair (personally speaking). Thanks for your candid and honest views Manni and agree completely. :)

You just have to get an antijamming turret, the EMP don't block your orbital support, is about strategy, keep your ship charged and if they blind you just clean it.

Yeah, you can run a specific battleship to counter the non-sense battleship effects. And pass on actually useful bonuses you would like to run instead. No, norry my friend. But that's just not how things should be. Force you to do this, not to be affected or downgraded by something else.

The problem with keeping your ship charged incase someone blinds you is multiple people are going to have this ship and you maybe able to block an orbital strike from one player but another will be waiting to hit you when you can't use yours to defend yourself. And if you are a big target in the battle most people will be targeting you the most.
@@crossroads8370 well mi friend, is the same thing with all others equipment, ask for a nerf shouldn't be the answer for everything, every equipment have advantages and weaknesses and every good player should learn how to use both to solve the situation, destroy the equipment everyone is gonna use later just gonna keep the cycle of buying new things every month

Hoping that we get an update to the Choke ability that gives the person affected by it a very long immunity where they cannot be affected by it, that would allow you some time to escape from the never-ending floating in the air.
Nah, personally, I just think the cooldown should be longer. And should have less range. Its the fulgur and tonans that are the true issue. Also at least 10% less durability for the newton please.

Dude i love my Patron drone, i got it for my fenrir, because everyone just throws their airstrikes at me and i was still damaged from the titan blinders. Its so funny to see them blinded and i can still hit them
I never really enjoyed the battleships. If war robot removes them then i think they should at least keep the healing one like mantis, northlight, etc. Manni whats your opinion?
Yeah, noone actually enjoyed Battleships. They were used cause they are there providwing power. But nothing any sane player would have rooted for to get.
No one on the community but when I mean no one wanted the mothership it was a bad idea in all aspects because this is a robots game not a battleships that helps destroying the other players game this idea of the battleship were denied by the community but still pixonic didn't give a crap and still introduced them into the game like nothing even though we gave them the feedback of do not introduce them.
Paladin should go. It makes ochokochi broken. Without mother ship and drones ochokochi would be balanced

sometimes it makes strategic senze to sacrifice a bot in order to hold a beacon for a few seconds longer, or to attack the enemy spawn just to lure them there and give your team an easier few seconds to capture beacons

Hey Manni! Use the Paladin, and equip the anti-jamming turret. Save your battleships and when, you're hit with the mute, use yours. I think you can use 2 of them maybe on the frozen scorn, that would give you 30 secs of complete invincibility against the mute.
Yesterday I was running my ochokochi cause we were getting destroyed by a dagon, and I had the spike and needle build. Then all of a sudden I can't even target him, and my ability runs out. Just great. I can definitely brawl with a 6x tamer/trickster dagon without my ability. Definitely.
easy fix: buff titan anti-control to give immunity to blinding and EMP when you have 2 of them. That would also indirectly make players not used this meta rook and luchador (2 repair amp and 2 damage controllers. I think it is)
I think some titans can’t even use 2x anti control. But I agree. That’s exactly what anti control on both robots and titans are there for.
I really like the part at 17:32 where you you turned around in your dive ability while going through two pillars. It is a shame truely would this game could of been.

I think the Patron drone will help you a lot with this situation mani since it has the power to remove blinding completely with a 20s cooldown and gives a 3s stealth
Titan battle is hard,most times Newton lifts you but now you blinded also😂

Manni the game changes all the time ( Das weißt du besser als jeder andere hier ), now we get the Meta from 6 months earlier . Lynx , Angler, Crisis , etc . We can play well , most of us don't have full buffs and the best robots .
Ah yes. I do recall being told you could have ample time to dodge the battleship. instant lockdown helps with that I guess

I have a Lynx with only one brisant and a boom box but even with only one it’s every deadly when you go into the ability with the pilot that extends it you can peak deal a ton of damage then hide.

As a content creator that makes videos of the game I really gotta agree with manni since the mute mothership is an extremely dumb movement there from pixo Because it takes everything the robot needs to be called at least an usable ROBOT and not just the mothership the blinding shouldn't even be on the game too👾I know this company is from Russia but at what point you really gotta move to get more money and sales from players that just want to have fun😟.

Hey Manni read this! A turret called the anti-jamming support which i always use on my northern lights immediately removes suppression, emp and blindness from your robot along with providing long term immunity from them , which I believe is only around 15-20 seconds but still, those 15 seconds could keep you alive easily.
Can you use your battleship while emp'ed?
Nah I doubt it the whole point of emp is to immobilize an enemy, run anti control if that’s a problem

I mean pixonic will just nerf the mute to 3 seconds making the expensive turrets that people won useless as they can't remove theme (unless they sell the battleship )
You can still remove them from your mothership or replace them with a different turret but once you do you lose the turret you remove or replace. So you can't swap turrets from mothership to mothership like you used to be able to do. It's messed up what they've done.
hey manni tip for valley on the ledge you can kill 3 titans with an indra with the weapons it came out with by timing phase shifts this happened to me when a nodens rook and a heimdall if you aim your weapons to there legs and you stay right next to the wall all your pellets will hit and they can barely hit you. (don't mind my user btw this is an ult)
I guess they are just giving ever type of weapons,mods or B.S are gonna get the most overpowered stuff in there.

i quit playing war robots long ago since i couldnt even get to meta spent a lot of money only to win 1 of every 10 matches yet i still come to this channel cause of the rage against pixonic keep it up been watching every vid that drops out lately

Hey Manni you should try the new weapon that put dot effect with anti-healing it's completely absurb. You can't even do anything beside a phase shift.

one other very impactful problem is matchmaking. To simulate it, can you try only using mk2 level 1 stuff in champion league like I do? Then you will realise how useless you feel.
I ran into a lynx hacker their hp didnt go down while a maxed out luchador with almost maxwd out weapons was shooting at him as well as me and another lynx with level 9 stakes and he killed everyone before killing himself
Your video's are better and better. Not only by playing excellent but thinking your head and speaking what most of us think but cannot say anywhere... You should join with Adrian and Predator to discuss this real problems......
Probably next they will have modules for the battleships and keep pushing the boundaries over and over again. Wish we could go back to 2016-2018 and play with peace.
Any chance of a video featuring 2 whole games. Using the ultimate hangar, ultimate bots and a Dagon or ocho.
That's not all, the blinding drone is another issue it blinds you even being at 400 mts and sometimes permanent blind like on the test server.
The Invader - use ability when Newton does a choke, and you can choose when to slam back down, missing their shots.

9 years with this game. I have started over a few times. It’s a fun game at the lowest levels. And fun for me is having some laughs while playing.

I also don’t like how they try to sell things to you because I saw a behemoth with 4 prisma for 6 dollars but then the next day it takes that deal away and try’s to sell you 1 prisma for 2 dollars.

There should be a much longer cool down on the effects. The Choke from the Newton should have a significant cool down. When there are two or more on the battlefield, it’s not worth playing the match anymore
At 12:26 in the video the rooks guns came off and teleported back along with the shields is this normal
pixonic needs to shift their monetization over to more cosmetic stuff. If there's anything to exploit players with that's not harmful, it's cosmetics. A wise man once said, "i know this is useless, but (game) players love colours." They sell a bunch of useless cosmetics that everyone wants and enjoys, and it doesn't hurt the game. Pixonic should realise the monetization potential of this and shift over to it instead. In shadow fight arena, which manni once covered, I run into these "pay to win" players who don't actually pay to win, but pay to look cool in a way that isn't game breaking. Everything about that game is balanced. That is the potential pixonic needs to see.
Yeah just like fortnite/fall guys/rocket League like instead of adding broken stuff add cosmetics and skins to the game just like mech arena is doing right now.
Agree! Back then, war robots is just a Robots fighting game without any weird thing, also there're only level 8 maxed weapon. But, since they added the Passive active module, somehow every concept of the game changed (even tho those modules is usefull). They add everything that doesn't belong to the game, drone, mothership, MK3s?! and other useless thing, instead of increasing tha gameplay based on skills.

You can negate that mothership entirely by equipping Anti Jamming Support on your mothership. Paladin in particular has two shield turret slots so you can have both AJS and Lifesaver.
That's what I was thinking. I run Palladin with Lifesaver, Durability extender and Anti Jamming Support turrets.
Anti Jamming support turret protects you from getting blinded so surely it will also negate the effects of Mute mothership?? 🤷

The way you play lynx, I am sure for you Lynx will be meta till 9.8 update. It's where your skills as a player is most awe-inspiring.
If I am hit with mute, and not already in ocho ability or rook with 60 repair amp stacked, only option remains is to change the robot. At that point you are just sitting duck for enemy. I can't witness the humiliation that follows.
by the way, battleship is going to be a big market for them. It is really hard to acquire battleship components since 9.3.

I 100% agree with ur assessment there at the end Manni, on how Pixonic is ttly ruining the diversity and experimental aspect of the game. By introducing and deciding what the meta exclusively is, they make 90% of setups completely useless. The concepts and ideas being implemented into the game these days are completely lame and boring, no diversity, just the same ol lame stuff

Manni if you want to keep yourself calm then you should start playing war robots frontiers again for example because these were really fun to watch and i miss these old videos so much and it has 0 problems like this but yeah not sure where war robots will evolve to since it's already a game breaking

Manni is right, I've been questioning battleships since they came out and I don't understand them.Why do they need to help and hinder robots when it's the robots on the ground that are fighting the battles.Why do we have to have these unnecessary and inefficient fights.Battleships are game breakers and they will only get more and more numerous and stronger in the future.Also, the ultimatum version really needs to go away.There will be more and more of them and they will replace a lot of existing weapons.Already corona, glory, and halo have been replaced by ultimatum versions, what reason do we have to use the existing ones? Also, there are fraudulent mechs like ocho, Newton, and oppion, and ridiculously powerful weapons, and it hurts the diversity of the game.Someone like Manni needs to make a video like this and get the word out for the sake of the game's health.I've loved war robots since it came out, but the truth is there is no game that can replace war robots.I think everyone here can agree.

Manni. I quit the game bro. I’ve got 3 Ocho’s and a Dagon with the new weapons in my hangar, and I’m done. Not because of this specifically, but for all the things like this.
I'm a master 1 and bruuuh, i have a non maxed indra with modules i SEE in YT but i got hit by the mute and i was very sad and scared because i could not aim at the robots

The only time I haven't hated battleships was when they're used for support: giving me and my teammates a shield and some HP is fun, encourages teaming up with your team. What I hate is being able to do massive damage at 1100 m range, making it where you're constantly in danger. Even the first mothership does like 57k dmg if it's maxed. Now there's a battleship that completely disables your robot? No thanks
