Unfortunately the hotel is not suitable for wheelchair users. Although there are no obstacles as such in general the bathroom is not accessible. I wasn't able to get to the toilet seat or use the shower.
Luckily it was just for one night and the next place we stayed in I was able to use a toilet and take a shower. So If you are a full time wheelchair user better avoid B&B HOTEL Milano Sesto Marelli if planning a longer stay.

Hi,
As for the hotel recommendation I really can't tell as I stayed in Milan just for one night and mainly for a parkrun near the above hotel. Visited the centre on that one evening and it was not bad (the pavements). I have no experience of public transport, though.
It was very difficult to find a wheelchair parking bay when driving in Milan centre. Enjoy your stay there!
