I have always raised all my animals to get along.. I have had 2 small dogs, 3 cats, a Serama rooster, Baby chicks and a Guinea Pig all running around in the same room, and even had the baby chicks sleeping with 1 of my cats, lol.
I am an avid watcher of your YT channel, you are doing a great job raising your family and farm. I wanted to let you know that I was stuck home doing nothing but watching YT and sleeping while going through Cancer Treatment, I am in remission now, I was 250 lbs and am now 150 lbs, due to your channel and sharing the animals, cooking and baking food it made me want to go to the kitchen and make me something to eat, the chemo makes you not want to eat and watching your family cook and bake and animals eating kept me going and eat. Other wholesome channels like Acre Homestead, Ozark family homestead, Sow the Land ,Justin Rhodes and Cooking at Pam's Place kept me going as well. Thank you for helping me beat my cancer.
By now, I'm betting Brooke and Jason know how much their sunny content helps so many that are bombarded nonstop with bad news. Best wishes for your continued good health, hon.

Taking a much-needed break from the weather alerts, I am in North Central Florida, I live alone trying to make a decision. The places where you go to evacuate don't take dogs and I can't leave my baby. Just taking a break from the weather channel to watch my favorite people and get a mental break❤

I don't really think she was lonely she could hear ALL the animals and the Cats jumped in with her. But being alone was not really ideal I am sad the Silkies had total freedom and now can just look where they was out doing a Great Job! I still say She needs to be put with Scott and the Turkeys in old peacock pen she be outside and still have her kind with her.. Just my thoughts :( And also Nugget & Goldie can have their place back.. Any way Jason & Brooke knows Best and just trying to do the Best for her

It was great seeing Brooke accomplishing so much, thankfully that means she is feeling better. My dear Mother had an autoimmune disease, barometric pressure had a significant impact on how she felt. The upcoming storm could negatively impact Brooke. The good news is it's usually short-term.

Nothing beats using an old butter knife (or what they call a butter spreader). My grandfathers and my father all had an old coffee can in their sheds with old silverware in it, which they used for all sorts of gardening and tinkering chores.
Great job with Snow White. I do regret that the silkies will not have access to the grassy pasture they're used to. Please, please tell us where you purchase those gray grids that you put under your waterers! Much better then what I use.
