423 - Training a Delibird to Level 100 Using Present (Glitched Move in G/S) Only! Lv. 100 Gauntlet!

- Happy Halloween!!! Here's a Christmas themed gauntlet!
This was fun to make, and I was happy to be able to do a gauntlet in the gen 2 virtual console games! I'm not 100% sure what gauntlet I'm going to do next, might try and do a small one or a shiny hunt before Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon drop in a couple weeks!

What happened to you
Have you levelled a shadow Pokemon in colosseum to 100 before purifying it? They only start gaining xp once they're like 30% away from their shadow bar being empty and don't receive the xp till they're purified so you won't know if it's level 100 yet till you purify it.
You could probably save before perifying so you don't have to restart if you mess up

so with the glitched calculation of Present, if Deliberd’s secondary type ID was Normal type, what would happen? you can’t divide by 0, so would the game just crash?
It occurs to me that smeargle is a normal type, and could learn present.

So if part of the damage calculation is 10(or 5) / Type ID and Normal has a type Index Number of 0, how would Smeargle be able to use present, as it would involve dividing by 0
1 will be used instead of 0 for defense.
yeah for Smeargle and all other Normal-types that get it by breeding, it uses 1 instead

Either way, it's quite impressive! Also, how would you feel about raising a mon to 100 in one long SOS chain? Would be tricky but it's definitely possible with a high level target, some switch training during the battle, and a skill swap + bestow + harvest exeggutor.
I guess the only downside to this would be that a shiny causing you to break the chain
I tried this out once; it is VERY intense. I might go for it in US/UM, but I'm not quite prepared to take it on yet lol

Oh dear, the swelling. I looked like that (worse actually lol with a lot of colored bruises) after major surgery on both my jaws (B-Max) just a few months ago, and had almost no swelling at all when I got all my wisdom teeth out a few years back
