I've handled situations that would break the limits of everyone on youtube if that is the case. I see her not even mildly annoying. Simple drop off. Not even going the extra mile on this one.
Melvin Hunter why is the reason that he's doing this to her yelling is not going to do anything what did she do for u to get so charged up with anger and tell her to get out my cab now this man need anger management therapy
refunded her money? He took her exactly where she needs to go. What needs to happen is Waze and Google fix their destination locations because most of the time it's off and it pisses off riders. I'm a Uber driver myself.
Both parties were in the wrong:Him(the driver for spazzing out like he did!! He was a heart attack, ulcer, and stroke (all together) waiting to happen!! He probably lost his Uber license because of his "mega-tantrum", screaming, hollering and cussing like he did, and her(the customer), thinking she was entitled to just chill in the car after being told repeatedly to remove herself and just refused to comply!! She probably risked a criminal charge and because he was acting a fool, also risked getting hurt or even shot!! That was his vehicle and if she was told to get the hell out, she should have done so the first damn time without the "back-talk" and attitude!! The announcer's right,if you the driver run into that problem where you tell the customer, "Ride's over!! Time to go!!", and if they don't cooperate, call the cops immediately!! Don't try to take them on yourself because you (the driver)may end up getting a helluva lot more than you bargained for!!
This stupid bitch was also probably banned from Uber and Lyft, because I'm sure the driver turned her in for her obnoxious behavior as he should've!!! I don't think anybody with common sense would've taken that shit, because his carrying on fucked up his credibility as a professional!!!

I am convinced this woman was trying to run a scam. She wanted him to get so mad that he pulled her out. That way she'd say she needed med attention, have him arrested, and sue him and Uber. It was a setup that backfired.
+Sarah Willoughby BINGO! I was thinking the same thing. The minute he put his hands on her to throw her out of the back seat, INSTANT LAWSUIT! Claim he grabbed her so "violently" that she has whiplash or some other BS. After all, she has the video rolling the entire time, and the guy was about as angry as could be. GUARANTEED she was setting him up.
she's clearly the crazy one here. No normal person would waste time and insist not getting out if someone screams at you to get out like 20 times. No one does that! Normal person would got out and ask someone where the entrance is. She clearly wanted to stay and fight and provoke... psycho... Props to him I would smack her out. I couldn never do this job it's so hard dealing with people like this. People, respect cab drivers- you have no idea what they deal with.
Damn...... all he had to say is "I have ended the trip, you no longer belong is my vehicle, if you do not leave, you will be considered trespassing, get out the vehicle or I will be forced to call 911" then if shit really got to the point you call 911 and tell them your location, inform them that you are a driver for hire, and tell them there is a passenger that is refusing to leave my vehicle.
It wouldv'e been so much easier and the kind thing to do to just drop her at the correct entrance that she paid for. Ive used taxis before to go to the emergency room and never ever was treated this way. No one ever screamed at me that way in a taxi either. What is our world coming to?? No human decency or customer service. Just ROBOT workers with no heart?? Maybe that reflects the company they work for - who also seem to just push you off to fend on your own. Uber should take note of customer service policies and offer more regulations on how drivers behave and whats expected of drivers and passengers.
why couldnt he just say okay ill drop you at the Emergency Room entrance so you can get out there. The correct entrance is the destination.I drive for Uber eats and the correct entrance for pick up and delivery is very important for stuff - so why not also for people?
Listen, if you put the drop off destination as "random hospital" Drivers don't know if you want to be dropped of on the visitation area, front entry or emergency room. So it's your job to TELL the driver where you want to be dropped off as your approaching the destination. But if you neglect to do so and he ENDS the ride guess what! He no longer is obligated to drive you anywhere because he isn't being paid. I do agree with you, no one should be yelling or cursing at anyone that includes driver and passenger. But then again I wasn't there and I don't know what happened. But now you know at least what is going on, on the drivers end. No one likes working for free. I once had a similar situation where I dropped off a passenger on the west side of Manhattan when she really wanted to be on the east side. I ended the trip and she EXPECTED me to drive her correct address. I explained to her that I had ended the trip already. She started yelling and what not so I calmly yet professionally explained that if you made a mistake, it's your fault. If the app glitched you would have to take that up with uber. But as is right now..... I'm not driving you there for free! So please leave. She still kept arguing with me so I notice a cop car and got out and waved him down. The cop pretty much told her get out the vehicle or go to central bookings. I'm sure I got a 1 star, but what are you gonna do? It happens I guess.
You're right there is a right away but that guy definitely handle it WAY WRONG. He also took her to the WRONG side. The other guy who approach the car said it's actually on the other side.
Anon everything you've said in all of these comments is BULLSHIT you even tried to play the race card when it has nothing to do with race, now go back to playing minecraft where you belong
Reserve Hero to the real ones. Don't waste your mind to even consider this man a Hero. You belittle all real Heros and make the word less powerful. Don't be foolish.
I totally agree. I did that today. It was a different location, I Google, the guy's address found the name of the place and took him What's the big deal you take the bad with the good the other day I drove 60 miles 3 hours in traffic to Make $27. Is that crazy What are you gonna do I wonder if he would have acted that way with a male. I highly doubt it.
That guy doesn't want to be driving. She is going to need the ER when he's done. She's a pain but you have to keep it together so everybody stays happy. That was some roid rage there.
The driver definitely handled it wrong but it also looks like this was a set up by the passenger. She wanted him to burst out like he did. It's usually pretty obvious when you are at a hospital, especially when you are close enough to have some attendant come over to the car to help you. You can also see exactly where you are at on the Uber pax app or using Google Maps. It also didn't seem like much of an emergency if she was willing to sit in the car amid all that screaming. #totalsetup
An annoying thing about navigation apps is that they can guide you to the back of a building. One (as a driver) must look closely to provide a good service. Instead of a disservice like in this case. The gentleman that approached the lady said "It's on the other side". It's impossible to know every building & every address so I use two devices. On one I zoom in, way before we get close to the destination, to look for roundabout circles and other obvious clues to main entrances. And on the main device, mounted where every seated position can see, I use Google maps. And having a device mounted that way the passengers themselves can help you out , if they see your headed the wrong way.
My personal analysis of the video is that the driver who was screaming , yelling and very agitated still sounded smarter then the calm, cool and collective Rider in the back. The drivers bad luck ( he pickup the biggest moron ever).
I agree with the guy in the video, and the driver had every right to be annoyed and angered by this woman. He could've handled the situation better, but he does not deserve to get fired.
LOL...here are a few more rules: 1. Don't pick up riders with low rating. 2. Any riders that complain about how expense a ride is with no surge gets a 1 star. 3. Any rude riders get a 1 star. 4. Any riders that complain about your safe law biding driving gets a 1 star. 5. Don't feel bad giving them a 1 stars because chance are they will rate you low to for no good reason. And that why I do Lyft. Lyft tell me they rated me low too. hahahah. I still do Uber but for different city I do different company. 6. Riders with low rating will rate you low for no reason. Few people with good rating will rate you low for no reason. 7. Riders that don't follow the rules of the law and Uber rules will get a 1-3 stars. 8. Don't be a driver if you aren't friendly and realize this is service business. 9. Always thank good riders. 10. Know your clients in the area. My rating for Uber is 4.94. My rating for Lyft is 4.1....hahahahh.
Extremely good advice!! I would agree with you a 10000% if I could, about riders who try to pressure drivers into driving unsafely like throwing a tantrum to make you go much faster etc. Such riders should be reported to the police and forced to do hard labor!!!
The big question is, what shape was the woman in? If she wanted to go to emergency, she might be sick or not have been able to walk far. This is what happens when the app says "you have arrived" because you are within 100 yards of the proper drop-off point, which in this case was on the other side of the building. I would simply have driven her around the hospital until we saw the emergency entrance. It's the app's fault.
He acted up horribly....yelling and screaming. We don't know how rude she was to him, and she could have been horrible. But you want to protect your interests.......zip your lip, and get rid of the passenger. Not worth losing your income or your dignity over.
You are all missing the main important and extremely simple point.Just drop her at the emergency room entrance! Ill bet she'd get out then - hey? ..what is so hard about that??? People love to make situations evil and difficult. It was HIS ego that got in the way. She was claiming her right as a paying passenger to be delivered at the correct entrance and not to be just dumped like garbage wherever he felt like it on the hospital grounds. He had no common decency and should not be in a service business.
Karen Fabec I agree. She WAS probably rude, but still......losing it like this doesn't benefit his own interests. In the time it took him to scream at her, he could have driven her the extra distance to the ER entrance.
Funny you posted this randy, this same issue happened to me a couple weeks ago and I did pretty much what you advise. The only issue was that Miami Beach PD took a long time to come and the "lady" got out of the vehicle with another passenger because she requested a pool.
I saw that video yesterday and it pissed me very much too. Some people just live to annoy, she said she was in a hurry but her action proves otherwise.
That man was a monster in my opinion. Why was he so insanely outraged about dropping her at the Emergency room entrance? She wasnt being rude at all...he was. If her destination was the Emergency room then he should've dropped her there as any civil human would. Hospitals are huge places covering many acres. If someone needs to be delivered to the Emergency room - then they should be delivered there - no question about it. That's called correct customer service. Uber drivers should make it their business to know where the Emergency room is - just as taxi drivers do. I've never met a taxi driver who refused dropping me off at the Emergency room entrance of a hospital. Uber doesnt seem to inform their drivers about simple common courtesy of being an independent human transportation driver. Thats just really wrong wrong wrong. @#$x!!
Karen Fabec Well one, you don't know how she was acting before hand cause she was a smart ass and didn't record that. Secondly, she was refusing to get out of his car after he asked her much more politely than when he started yelling. Uber is independent. If an Uber driver wants you out of their car, you get out of their car. If you don't, you're trespassing and you are breaking the law. If someone invites you into their home, tells you you have to get out after acting to wild or disrespecting them and you refuse to leave, are you then wrong because you ask them to leave multiple times after not leaving in a rude way? Get fucking real.
I most likely would have dropped her off around the corner at the ER, but we don't know what transpired before she started recording. It sounds like she was guiding him on a wild goose chase from the start! Some people like being a pain in the ass! It's a attention thing that I see more and more of from these millennials....
And what would you have done; if he would have pulled a weapon out on you? Once someone tells you to exit their vehicle, or any form of their personal property, and you choose to stay; you are now a trespasser. Which means that the owner of the vehicle, now has the right to remove you from their property; using any means within reason. And the term, "Within reason" is subjective, based upon the individual.
UBER Drivers: public appreciated your service, they expect from you to provide a good service, in this case, the lady keep was asking you she is lost and doesn,t know where she is and you are keep yelling her. please remember you invited her to site inside your car and your responsibility is to complete your service especially a lady who was talking very politely !
But did it say Emergency? It's all fine and well when you got an appointment, but when your going to the Emergency Room? Is the Uber Driver to know personal information more than you need to go to ER? where is your logic
She was probably smirking and enjoying watching the driver lose it. They sit and repeat questions already answered so as to get under your skin, a sort passive micro aggression. When you go ballistic like that outside of a physical fight your're raising your own adrenalin and cortisol levels for nothing which is unhealthy. Its like gunning the engine of a car thats not in gear. Don't let the bastards get under your skin!
I honestly feel that he had no right to yell at her. She was just asking for directions. She didn't know where she was and he had a melt down. He shouldn't have yelled at her like that. It wasn't right of him to yell at a lady like that..
I had a really obnoxious passenger this morning he pretty much insulted me a couple times, fortunately I was able to keep my cool. The rest of my passengers are hella cool so I do expect at least one jerk to come along now and then tho
+Uber Man UBER DRIVERS LIVES MATTER.. HEY IN PUERTO RICO THEY SUSPENDED OPERATIONS DUE TO THREATS BY CABBIES AND GOVT GRAFT...BE CAREFUL OUT THERE...UBER ON!
Why didn't she get out? I admire his resolve. She was playing games and manipulated him into anger and then started recording. I hope he doesn't get fired
We don't know what happen before the camera started rolling. That was the best assessment of the situation Uber Man. It's funny how others jump to conclusions without knowing all the facts.
Some of y'all are rite she should had just got out of the car but still if she ask where her destination was he should had took her there. So some of y'all saying like an example: this uber drive me out of the middle of no where and the uber orders me To GET OUT OF HIS CAR WOULD YALL STILL WANT ME TO GET OUT OUT OF THE middle OF NO WHERE AND I ASK HIM WHERE IS MY DESTINATION WAS IT SEEMS TO ME THATS HOW YALL PUTTING IT. All I'm saying he just should have TOOK THE GIRL WHERE SHE WANTED TO GO
I don't get how it's illegal to drive to the ER. That doesn't make any sense. anyone can drive there and drop someone off they just can't stay there. And it does matter what happened before she started recording he should have just called the cops and left it at thAt not speak to her the way he did. He said he was gonna call the cops then he should have not just say it.
The guy wanted to dump the passenger as soon as they arrived at the hospital grounds. He should have taken the trouble to drive a minute or two to the correct building. Is that too much to ask ? The driver has no customer service skills. If a driver takes a passenger to an airport, they don't just dump them as soon as they are in the airport area. This guy is a poster child for the need of immigration into the USA. And he is an example of why Uber doesn't have a great future.
Whoa! Good point, it's not like she had done anything to annoy the man or frustrate him before arriving at the hospital, he should have been happy to go the extra mile for her. On the other hand, you are an ignorant troll.
He was in the right building buddy, the ER was on the other side. Most hospitals don't allow parking near or around the ER. The driver was completely in the right. That is besides the fact that it's his property so when tells you to get off of it, you should. Uber explicitly states that drivers are allowed to dump a person out, No matter the circumstances.
She really made a fool of him to be honest. He is about to have a stroke. I would have just made up a destination and said mam the emergency room is right there. Although she was wrong at this point but we didn't see the whole video.
Among his angry tirade, he said she had him waiting too long. After 5 minute and I see no attempt of coming, I cancel. When a rider keeps you waiting, they're wasting your time. He should have cancelled the trip after 5 minutes. The way he lost his cool. I hope he didn't have an aneurysm.
EmeraldView maybe bc it's HIS FUCKING CAR. Think about it this way let's say u invite me to your house and you need/want to go to sleep your going to ask me to leave right and your going to get pissed at me if I don't leave. And the passenger could have walked.
FuriousEmpire But it's not his home so it's not a proper comparison at all. You as the driver welcomed the business so you need to BE welcoming and be able to compromise as well. You can't be possessive and defensive and be a taxi. You are willingly letting strangers into your car...shit is not going to be your way all the time and it isn't about you at that point. It's about who you're giving the ride to.
What if he lost it before the destination and told her to get out? Why does she have to get out before her destination? If I was packing and it was not my destination, I'd stay put.
You have to get out. You only pay as you're driving. As soon as he ended the trip and told her to get out she was legally required to get out. It is private property and she could be arrested for trespassing. The law is very clear on this issue.
You are saying there is no implied contract to take the passenger from point A to point B for a set amount of money? Why would anyone get into a contract where you could void the contract on the whims of one of the contractees?
There is no contract. It's all "on-demand" and at-will. Another benefit of being an independent contractor. Passengers can cancel at any time as well. Hence "on-demand".
I find that hard to believe. If I hire a Uber Driver to take me from Washington to Boston, but he drops me off in NYC, I have no recourse? Even an independent contractor has to have a contract at the onset.
This woman is simply trying to get the driver to take her where she wanted to go. He is absolutely in the wrong and she has a good case for a lawsuit based on the way she was treated. And I am both a Lyft and Uber driver.
I honestly don't understand this entitlement mentality, it's like a virus. This is my philosophy: My vehicle is my personal property and you are not "entitled" to anything. Rides are "at will" and can be cancelled at any time, by either party, for any reason. You will exit my car when asked, else you will be forcibly removed by an officer of the law. I will also press charges against you for trespassing on private property.
Let me educate you on the law....Just because YOU don't like what someone has to say in your car, you can be held criminally liable if that person gets out and gets raped beat up maybe killed whatever......If you can't handle different types of people in your vehicle then quit......Who the hell do you think you are......
+KENNETH STENSRUD That's why you take them to a safe, public area. If they won't get out, call the police. You don't have a right to my car any more than you do to my home.
+Gregory Drew .... You're not using your home you're using your car for business you better learn a little Law before you go dumping people out of your car because you say get out....Good luck out there because a first year Lawyer will ruin you....
this passenger is purposely aggravating the situation if you want to get the true evaluation of this event pull her( the passenger) credit report go into the housing court records and see how many times she's been late on rent or evicted. Find out if she is on food stamps now or how many times in the past. She is riding in a very nice car paying less than what she would pay the local raggedy cab service yet has the audacity to do what she is doing.
Wtf does food stamps have to do with this? You really had to go there. Being impoverished enough to qualify for food stamps does NOT make you a bad person. It just makes you a person who is so impoverished by the uber wealthy who keep ducking the poor and middle class. It makes them a victim of the cycle of poverty,
Actually- u turn the car off ,unlock all doors and roll all windows down, then walk over to your passengers door - open it and say "your trip is over, please exit" ,works every time.
I'm not like the girl here. I don't get mad at drivers... I don't even say anything to them but hello. I don't even make conversation. Just take me to where I paid to go, usually I've been drinking if I use the service so it's just my home. I know my limits and I don't make a scene.... If they threw me out for nothing, I'm getting my money back.
ok..yes she was DEAD ASS WRONG! and annoying as hell! BUT!! ALL THAT DAMN SCREAMING made him look like a damn lunatic! It overshadowed her actions! I agree with Uber Man advice about how to handle the situation!
People act different to different situations, some people just don't have patience or just have a rough day/life and we don't know what happened before the video started rolling, one can only imagine what happened for a grown up to act like that
She was baiting him. If he exercised his right to forcibly remove her, you know she would claim injury and go after him. That's why he was upset. That's why he did the smart thing and called for help, despite being upset.
I agree. He took it too far by making himself look nutts on video. But yes, she HAD to exit the vehicle. I also believe she was trying to get him to put his hands on her for the video, and a lawsuit.
Don't expect him to know the plans of the hospital complex. He arrived at the address. It's her role to find the exact department of the hospital herself from there on in if the driver doesn't know. Do you expect him to know the meaning of life too? Get real.
You plainly haven't done a job like that before. Time is money and he would have got no more money potentially wasting a lot of his time doing what the woman could do just as well for herself. Customer service skill. What are you on about? If you have never done taxi or Uber, don't give me what you would have done, untile you have done it yourself and walk a mile in the man's shoes. I drove taxis for eight years and refused to be friendly to most people because 90% were not worth the time of day. Just get out and ask somebody or read the signs.
Firstly, I am An Uber driver so that shows how narrow-minded and passive you are. 2, customer service should be put way before money or time. 3rd, I am not American so I do not worship money anyway Why do you judge the woman? Would it not be best to walk a mile in her shoes before commenting?
When working for Uber I would wait 30 minutes if the rider was running late. I go on toll ways if the rider was in a rush even though I would not get paid for it. I give grest customer service to every rider and that is wy I have a 5 star rating after 7,000 rides.
This man could've had a heart attack. Not healthy for a big guy like him to get that angry. His blood pressure probably went skyrocketing. That was scary.
Why does she keep antagonising him? Just get out and get on with your day. Problem solved.
I've handled situations that would break the limits of everyone on youtube if that is the case. I see her not even mildly annoying. Simple drop off. Not even going the extra mile on this one.
This overweight Uber driver is full of stress.
we don't know what led to this...Bottom line: if you're told to get out, just get out.
Melvin Hunter why is the reason that he's doing this to her yelling is not going to do anything what did she do for u to get so charged up with anger and tell her to get out my cab now this man need anger management therapy
Dawon Fields well, you might be right but I would get angry if I tell someone to get out of my car and they refuse
He has no right to scream at her but she has the right remain in his car after he's asking her to leave? Hell no.
Melvin Hunter he can scream at her as long as it is blaspher
Melvin HunterIf she had any concern for her safety. ..she would have exited.
His car ...his right to say get the fuck out of my car .
How do you know it is his car?
Bevakasha uber doesn't provide cars to their workers they use their own
Bevakasha i love how your on the defensive side lmfao
Sure he had the right. But he should of refunded her money.
refunded her money? He took her exactly where she needs to go. What needs to happen is Waze and Google fix their destination locations because most of the time it's off and it pisses off riders. I'm a Uber driver myself.
"I am facing a fucking moron get out of my fucking car" hahaahahahhahahahahahahahahahaha what a legend
Hahaha " I'm facing a fucking racist mad man who wants to intimidate innocent weak little girls "
Shut the fuck up you know nothing
How was he racist?
Quiet bitch.
xJap Slap hilarious
This guy handled the situation about as poorly as you could ever handle a situation.
I agree.
And you would have handled it how?
Call the cops and ban her from uber taxis simples
Both parties were in the wrong:Him(the driver for spazzing out like he did!! He was a heart attack, ulcer, and stroke (all together) waiting to happen!! She only acted that nice after she put the camera on. Then she kept the going.
You don't know shit
So shut up
Proof. or Assumptions.
+das snow
yo broskiff. there are other important words we can learn, such as evidence and inference
Yup, staying in the car, she's antagonizing him on purpose. He should invest in cameras. I bet she started it.
This man has been given the perfect rage voice, the right amount of of deepness, pitch, raspiness, he has it all.
legend has it till this day she still hasn't got out of his car people still hear the echo's of a severely pissed off man saying "get out of my car now"
Lol lol😂
You're a legend for this comment 😂😂
"im facing a fucking moron,GET OUT ..NOWWWW " just made my day lol
I really hope he's okay. He sounds like he's almost gonna have an anerisim
I am convinced this woman was trying to run a scam. She wanted him to get so mad that he pulled her out. That way she'd say she needed med attention, have him arrested, and sue him and Uber. It was a setup that backfired.

JUST GET OUT OF HIS CAR
assassin3157 She paid for the distance driven on Uber's GPS system.
assassin3157 Yeah and he took her within a very reasonable distance to the hospital according to his onboard gps.
assassin3157 Yes. This man didn't have it.
And neither did the bitch in the back seat.
it takes two to tango.
assassin3157 should have gotten out of his car.
assassin3157 she paid for where she was taken, no more. no less.
Is it racist, misogynist or classist to criticize her?
she's clearly the crazy one here. No normal person would waste time and insist not getting out if someone screams at you to get out like 20 times. No one does that! I agree with you 100% brother. He was WAAY off!
Whats your rating :D I got 4.89 with 500+ rides
It wouldv'e been so much easier and the kind thing to do to just drop her at the correct entrance that she paid for. You're right there is a right away but that guy definitely handle it WAY WRONG. He also took her to the WRONG side. The other guy who approach the car said it's actually on the other side.
I love that video and I love that driver. he's my hero.
same
She is the hero
Behind all of your fucking lies
Anon everything you've said in all of these comments is BULLSHIT you even tried to play the race card when it has nothing to do with race, now go back to playing minecraft where you belong
Anon can't play Minecraft because it's racist.
Reserve Hero to the real ones. Don't waste your mind to even consider this man a Hero. You belittle all real Heros and make the word less powerful. Don't be foolish.
Haha clearly a 5 star driver...
Mike Breslaw -hhhhhh probably reactivated
If a passenger ever refuses to get out of my car, we're driving to the police station together!
Exactly
Gotta watch out thats illegal in a few states.
There you go!
This is not an Uber driver. It's just a man arguing with his wife.
LOL right!! It sure sounds like it!
lmao
Lmao
I totally agree. I did that today. It was a different location, I Google, the guy's address found the name of the place and took him What's the big deal you take the bad with the good the other day I drove 60 miles 3 hours in traffic to Make $27. Is that crazy What are you gonna do I wonder if he would have acted that way with a male. I highly doubt it.
The wall just got taller
LOL
Can u peppr spray them or spray them with fart spray or a water bottle like a misebehaving dog
the racism just got heavier
swiftset The stupidity just got thicker.... (I'm talking about you if you couldn't figure it out)
sarah, I'm flattered that you tried to come for me, but I am not interested in anything you have to offer. move along.
#totalsetup
GPS take you around the building specialy in hotels and hospitals so you have to handle things and find the point to take the customer.
OMFG... her accent is making my ears bleed.
Is this Mel Gibson?
Horrible Passenger or drive ?
look like this man is crazy
How a man like this could be working with the public is beyond me.
Have a banana jag off.
Bevakasha ...shes playing with him that's why shes filming ..
And having a device mounted that way the passengers themselves can help you out , if they see your headed the wrong way.
that makes no sense she was asking nicely,so why is she in the wrong
LOL
the driver was freaking nuts
Yes
I'm not intimidated very easily...but this was my driver...I would have just got out...this lady is just plain nuts.
I love Uber Man. He always gives the best advice and he's always right. He's the first to know what's going on in Uberland. Thanks Uberman!
You're welcome! Thanks for being here!
My personal analysis of the video is that the driver who was screaming , yelling and very agitated still sounded smarter then the calm, cool and collective Rider in the back. The drivers bad luck ( he pickup the biggest moron ever).
that woman is a passive agressive sociopath
PTSD military vet
Seth Rogen??? lmao
that's one uber driver who does not deserve to drive for Uber and hopefully was forthwith fired. Totally unexcusable his behavior.
I agree with the guy in the video, and the driver had every right to be annoyed and angered by this woman. He could've handled the situation better, but he does not deserve to get fired.
He could definitely have handled the situation better. Like pull the lady out. yelling accomplishes nothing.
This guy should not be driving anyone around. Customer Service must not be required.
W Allcock ..yeah must not.
Or maybe her mommy should have helped her walk in the right door.
she was obviously a trouble maker, she wanted him to do something so that she could sue Uber
I agree!
Dude is going to blow a gasket some day.
"...and I'm asking you in a very educated manner." I think that statements tells us all we need to know about her.
Right?! LOL
When she says you have no right to scream at me. Freedom of speech. That lady was the worst passenger ever
Umm
Out of respect for herself
She tells him not to scream
That is common complete scenes
I feel sorry for the guy even though he handled the situation wrong. So, only ambulances are allowed to be at the entrance of the ER?
He should've farted a stinker, got out and closed the doors.
He wouldve got her out of the car no problem had he just driven her to the ER instead of some random entrance.
I think it is illegal to drive at the front of the ER. Annoying bitch could've walked.
+MsKira1313
She isn't being annoying
You idiot
Gargraves, did he carry her into the car?
2:23😂😂😂😂😂 Dude Snapped
Well, I'm glad it worked out. Thanks for the comment!
I love this guy to the point get out of my car now lmfao
I saw that video yesterday and it pissed me very much too. Some people just live to annoy, she said she was in a hurry but her action proves otherwise.
Right?? She was in a HUGE hurry here!
Issues at home perhaps, money, just pure rage and entitlement. Could be a slue of issues. Don't hire.
Karen Fabec it doesn't matter how he acted if he told her to get out she has no right to stay in his car it's his personal car
He sounds exactly like john goodman 😅
I most likely would have dropped her off around the corner at the ER, but we don't know what transpired before she started recording. It sounds like she was guiding him on a wild goose chase from the start! Some people like being a pain in the ass! It's a attention thing that I see more and more of from these millennials....
Im facing a fucking moron, GET OUT NOOOOOOOOOOOW! lmao
GET OUT OF MY CAR!!! If he yelled at me like this, I would just laugh at him.
Until the driver beat your ass and tossed you out. I've done it...
Uber Man Exactly.
bahahahahah. I'd like to see an Uber driver put their hands on me. You or this old fuck would have got my size 14 boot across their jaw
PR Norman Why do you say that? I would definitely leave his car, but I would laugh all the way. This is abuse plain and simple.
He's slowly turning into Seth Rogen
Dude sounds like Trevor from gta
Damn i thought this was a scene from the new Braveheart movie. I could almost hear the bagpipes playing !!! :)
UBER Drivers: public appreciated your service, they expect from you to provide a good service, in this case, the lady keep was asking you she is lost and doesn,t know where she is
and you are keep yelling her. please remember you invited her to site inside your car and your
responsibility is to complete your service especially a lady who was talking very politely !
He took her to the destination and told her where she was
The big sign saying HOSPITAL should have clued her in.
But did it say Emergency? It's all fine and well when you got an appointment, but when your going to the Emergency Room? Is the Uber Driver to know personal information more than you need to go to ER? where is your logic
Wow..... he said ''You're at a Hospital, where you need to be''. Lmao
😂😂😂
Riiiight...
It's just my opinion... Everyone has different opinins
I had a really obnoxious passenger this morning he pretty much insulted me a couple times, fortunately I was able to keep my cool. The rest of my passengers are hella cool so I do expect at least one jerk to come along now and then tho
There's always one!! LOL
He got suspended for 30 days I believe. She got him. It was no accident.
look s like the guy from anger management .
the passenger is like a younger Consuela from Family Guy.
"GET OUT OF MY CAR!!!!"
"mmmm... no... no..."
Niqqas blood boil 3 hunna 😂😂
Acts like a kid and you can't talk to someone like that way.
GET OUT OF MY CAR NOW!!!
All I'm saying he just should have TOOK THE GIRL WHERE SHE WANTED TO GO
+Billy 2 Cents
Why is it illegal to take someone to the ER?
***** first off I'm not a bitch
cutie pie so u better watch who u talking to
I don't get how it's illegal to drive to the ER. That doesn't make any sense. anyone can drive there and drop someone off they just can't stay there. And it does matter what happened before she started recording he should have just called the cops and left it at thAt not speak to her the way he did. He said he was gonna call the cops then he should have not just say it.
Pedro Illas I wasn't rude or anything to you yet you had to stay something rude. Smh
8 years have passed and legends say she is still in the car
Immigrants have NOTHING to do with this.
40RTY, with the number of sexual assaults on women from immigrant drivers, I think your statement is misguided.
40RTY 7EVEN This twat
was more than likely an immigrant from a country with little respect for property rights.
He needs to calm down. He is easily angered. He needs to be fired and she needs to be banned from Uber.
She really made a fool of him to be honest. He is about to have a stroke. I would have just made up a destination and said mam the emergency room is right there. Although she was wrong at this point but we didn't see the whole video.
At that point he actually needed the ER for real
Among his angry tirade, he said she had him waiting too long. After 5 minute and I see no attempt of coming, I cancel. When a rider keeps you waiting, they're wasting your time. He should have cancelled the trip after 5 minutes. The way he lost his cool. I hope he didn't have an aneurysm.
and would have gotten paid too for that, i was worried he was going to pass out.
I think the driver was wrong if she did set her location to the emergency room.
EmeraldView L
EmeraldView maybe bc it's HIS FUCKING CAR. Think about it this way let's say u invite me to your house and you need/want to go to sleep your going to ask me to leave right and your going to get pissed at me if I don't leave. And the passenger could have walked.
FuriousEmpire
But it's not his home so it's not a proper comparison at all. You as the driver welcomed the business so you need to BE welcoming and be able to compromise as well. You can't be possessive and defensive and be a taxi. You are willingly letting strangers into your car...shit is not going to be your way all the time and it isn't about you at that point. It's about who you're giving the ride to.
To say the truth, that driver should look for another job. He doesn't have what it takes to be a public services business.
Mohamed al Yahudi The driver doesn't owe you jack shit, it's his vehicle. You don't have to ride in it, get another uber or a taxi.
This was a setup. She was intentionally trying to piss him off for whatever reason.
I agree.
some of uber users r the worst people arround!
This woman is simply trying to get the driver to take her where she wanted to go. He is absolutely in the wrong and she has a good case for a lawsuit based on the way she was treated. And I am both a Lyft and Uber driver.
Depending on the locale she could have been charged with trespassing.
Lol comical analysis
+KENNETH STENSRUD commercial drivers can lawfully let unruly passengers out of the vehicle as long as it's safe to do so.
I agree with you. BUT: You MUST drop them at a SAFE location. Best place is a police station. Cover your ass!
Yes glad you gave that advice at the end. I pray to god i do not get any customers like that. SMH
It happens! Better to be prepared.
this passenger is purposely aggravating the situation if you want to get the true evaluation of this event pull her( the passenger) credit report go into the housing court records and see how many times she's been late on rent or evicted.
It makes them a victim of the cycle of poverty,
I get LOL ESprite please
Don't listen to these fucks, your so right. I applaud your well thought comment. Some people don't have the brain capacity to understand your logic. 👍
Actually- u turn the car off ,unlock all doors and roll all windows down, then walk over to your passengers door - open it and say "your trip is over, please exit" ,works every time.
the whole drama you in bisness be patent take them to destination end it nicely or deal with Uber support.
"i am asking you in a very educated manner... where am i ?" LOL
Aren't you liable to take them to the destination OR give them money back? Because this is half-assed.
Nope. Not if they were rude, condescending, or make us uncomfortable. We can end the trip, and toss them out.
Honestly I'd just go to the resolution center and escalate it then.
That's fine. But I film everything. So if I toss you out, I'll be happy to show Uber the proof.
+phroz plus he took her 15 seconds from her destination.
this is the funniest video I have seen in a long time "get out of my car now" hahahaha
ok..yes she was DEAD ASS WRONG! and annoying as hell! BUT!! ALL THAT DAMN SCREAMING made him look like a damn lunatic! It overshadowed her actions! I agree with Uber Man advice about how to handle the situation!
People act different to different situations, some people just don't have patience or just have a rough day/life and we don't know what happened before the video started rolling, one can only imagine what happened for a grown up to act like that
Thank you.
She was asking calmly where the department was. If the driver could not help her with that information then he should not be working with the pubic.
Don't expect him to know the plans of the hospital complex. He arrived at the address. It's her role to find the exact department of the hospital herself from there on in if the driver doesn't know.
Do you expect him to know the meaning of life too? Get real.
if that was me as a driver I would get out and ask inside for the department as a good customer service skill. if I can do that why can't the driver?
3rd, I am not American so I do not worship money anyway
Why do you judge the woman? Would it not be best to walk a mile in her shoes before commenting?
When working for Uber I would wait 30 minutes if the rider was running late. I go on toll ways if the rider was in a rush even though I would not get paid for it. I give grest customer service to every rider and that is wy I have a 5 star rating after 7,000 rides.
That lady deserved to be yelled at because she should have told him she was in a hurry earlier.
donald trump driving ajajajajajjajajajajajjaja

I love the classical music in the background. Very calming.
