Word of caution with the progesterone oil, I tried using it for hormonal acne & menstrual cramps and it was great for the first few days. But after that I started feeling nauseated and had headaches. I realized it was likely the progessence plus and stopped using it which immediately alleviated the symptoms. Now I use dragon time which doesn't contain any hormone replacements, but is good for menstrual cramps and hormonal acne. So, it's just really important to realize one size does not fit all even with essential oils.

yes to makeup products and top 10 oils!! I'm trying to switch to non-toxic beauty products (not just makeup), so I'd love to see a video about more of your favorites. Also, I got that Brightening Essence as a free gift last time I ordered from YL and didn't know what it was, so thanks for explaining!
I love your videos so much, but they have been so hard to listen to since you moved into your new house. Maybe you need some rugs or something to cut down on the echo!

Thank you for sharing your knowledge on essential oils. I am switching out all my headache creating toxic products (lotions, room sprays, candles, perfumes) and moving on to Young Living products!

Any tips for using the laundry soap? I feel like it isn’t cleaning my clothes, and I’ve even diluted it in thirds with some thieves cleaner and water.

You were the one the got me on the to the thieves cleaner years ago and I still am a huge fan of this stuff! I want to dip my toes into the essential oils and your right that diffuser is the best one I’ve seen on the market. Btw the sound in this video is very echoey for some reason…

Young Living is a scam. Be careful about promoting this. Just watching a documentary on Netflix. Founder was a crook
