Welcome to TH-cam! I unfortunately live in Colorado but have bought raw milk in the past and absolutely love it! Thank you very much for this information.
Thank you!! I'll do that! We make all of our own creamer, butter, and yogurt currently. I haven't experimented with cheese yet since it's quite time consuming but I hope to in the future!
Unfortunately, the heat from pasteurization destroys a lot of the enzymes necessary to fully digest the milk and also the good bacteria. Raw milk is overall more nutritious.
In general it’s much more easier to digest! It does depend on the cow and their milk. A2 milk is great for those with lactose intolerances. Jerseys generally produce A2. I plan to dive into why this is on my next video about the nutritional benefits of raw milk 🥛

Hi! I messaged you on Facebook about needing milk! My boyfriend went to school with you and suggested I reach out!
Raw milk doesn't have the same shelf life as pasteurized milk, but one can still use it for other purposes if it sours. It is not harmful to use it.
Yes! Absolutely. It lasts 7-10 days but can last even longer if it's stored in a milk tank then into a container and left closed.
Would it not be better to pasterise milk ?
Pasteurized milk is literally dead nothing nutritional about it
Pasteurized milk is dead nothing beneficial about it in fact most people don't do well drinking it

Also isn't raw milk for the lactose intolerant?
