Crispy And Delicious Fried Ribs Recipe

  • After smoking the ribs to an internal temp of 185-190 degrees, I then fried them to create a nice "fried" texture. Fryer was set to 340-350 degrees and the ribs soaked for roughly 8-10 minutes.
