What a unique place! This is one of the places in my bucket list to visit. So thank you for sharing, Riccardo. This seems like such an amazing place to visit. The 'Trulli houses' are very unique indeed. I think I came across these type of structures in an Italian real estate video where the owner had three of these buildings on his property. I didn't know much about them but I am curious about the interior. It would be interesting to see how the inside looks. The flowered plants gives a pleasing aesthetic to the whole scenery. Glad that they preserved all these houses for people to appreciate. Interesting history about these buildings. Well researched and I thank you for sharing it with us. Appreciate all your efforts into making these videos.
Glad you enjoyed it Dear AC Lang, indeed they are quite unique, their history as well... to think that, maybe, they were using in a way such as to not pay taxes, is rather incredible and quite genial as well) I made a video of a small tour (6 minutes) inside a Trullo while I was there. I'm preparing it so I'll show it here too soon. It was so cool inside compared to the heat outside, and the owner told me that they're made such as they are cool in summer and warm in winter. She also told me that, before Alberobello became a UNESCO heritage site, they could literally be bought "for pennies"....but now...
@@StillWanderer Great! I'll be sure to look out for the video when you post it. It was nice that the owner accomodated you. Hope you have an enjoyable weekend.
Indeed Seph... Alberobello looks like it just came out of a fairytale... very different and unique place for sure... local inhabitants told me that up until 1970s, it was almost unknown and houses very extremely cheap.. only later it became very famous. Still, fascinating place for sure, very touristic too

I must confess that I watch these videos in bits and pieces. At about 21:00, when walking past several people w/o masks I heard a siren and wondered if cops were on their way. 😉
I actually got scared too at that moment... it happened and still happens sometimes that I have to turn the camera off for something that happened... if you watch closely, at the end of the video, after the big church.. there's a cut in the video. A passerby slipped while descending the ladders and went there to help her (even though the husband was there), but it was truly nothiing. It's one of those bits and pieces that happen during those travels. Many people met as well... I was actually thinking of writing down all the memories and the encounters during those days... would be quite amusing I guess

Obrigado Magda!
Can't believe someone would put a thumbs down for this one. Knocked it out of the park on this one in my opinion. I love all your walk videos . The only thing I dont like about them, is when you meet a pretty woman on the street , and I'm like " Wait....Stop, I want to enjoy that view for a minute ". But I guess if you did that for every pretty woman on the street, your videos would be a lot longer...... keep up the great work!
Glad you enjoyed it Dear Darrin, and yeah, heh, sometimes the encounters are quite funny; if you imagine a guy walking around with a Huge setup in his hand, about half a meter high, with a mic sticked on the back which is also quite huge, you can imagine the stares and the looks, but I've got used to it by now) So they probably just look at the direction of the camera and laugh in a way)
Querida Irene, Já estava me perguntando se você gostou.
Ric
great video. Are you will make another video form Puglia?
Thank you Antonio. Yes, new one today evening and more about Puglia will follow as I was there recently in vacation. Love Puglia very much actually, it's always great to visit it
Sempre caratteristico e molto suggestivo 🥰
Ciao Fede) ahh...
Great view of Alberobello we are planning on a stop there in September. I suggest Gubbio, Umbria’s best kept secret.
Thank You so much Mark! Indeed... planning a Gubbio walk pretty soon, it will be up probably at the end of July or August!
Bel posto, grazie 😊
Grazie a te)
Awesome tour mate! I enjoyed it 💯% Pro🇪🇸♥️🇮🇹
Thanks for coming!
Glad you enjoyed it Dear AC Lang, indeed they are quite unique, their history as well... to think that, maybe, they were using in a way such as to not pay taxes, is rather incredible and quite genial as well)
I made a video of a small tour (6 minutes) inside a Trullo while I was there.
Indeed Lang, she was happy to show it to more tourists she says. Thank you! Nrxt Tuesday new video )
Vídeo maravilhoso.....cidade incrível....beleza plena....👏👏👏👏👏❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🇧🇷
Obrigado Ana Luiza!
Amei o vídeo Riccardo❤️
Obrigado Nomadic Walker
My gosh its so whimsical... am i in a fairy land... 🥰🤩🧚♂️🧚♀️🧝♂️🧝♀️?
Indeed Seph... Alberobello looks like it just came out of a fairytale... very different and unique place for sure... local inhabitants told me that up until 1970s, it was almost unknown and houses very extremely cheap.. only later it became very famous. Still, fascinating place for sure, very touristic too
GRAZIE MILLE!
@@tatianavasileva7077 Grazie a te cara Tanya)
Muy hermoso ! Gracias por compartir
Gracias a ti Magda!
What camera set up do u use, so smooth
DJI Pocket 2 Simon, it's a "little monster" as I call it... stunning device.
I'm born in Alberobello, and I live in Germany, when I see sometimes this video of my land I cry.
Bellissima Alberobello così come tutta la Puglia... stupenda! Felice che il video sia piaciuto Tanka. Ti auguro una buona domenica

Never seen buildings quite like these before, stunning stuff. Would love to live here hehe.
Thank you Tamson, indeed those "trulli" houses are just spectacular and ... weird. Would love to live there myselt too I must confess)
Bellisimo Alberobello, quiero volver. 🇮🇹❤🇮🇹
Grazie mille Catalina!
Un saluto da Enrico Semeraro di Alberobello (BA).
Un salutone anche a te caro Enrico!

Grazie Sylvester!
es maravilloso! ♥
Gracias El Manso!
Wikipedia had information about the trulli which I found quite interesting.
Indeed Sharon... stay tuned... thanks to your suggestion I was able to enter a "trullo" and film it from inside with real people living there. They agreed to be filmed. Short film, but I'll upload it in the near future with info about trulli too
@@StillWanderer Wow! Way to go! I'm looking forward to seeing what you filmed and I'm certain other followers of your channel will enjoy it too.

I wish there was some history when and how it was built and by who and when.
Hi Jose, there is)) Click on "Subtitles ON" and you will see the description of its history as "Subtitles" in the screen!

@@StillWanderer I've often wondered what you might see when walking around every nook and cranny.
@@sharonlouisedoud9769 i should definitely write something about them all ... Lots of people one meets , especially when one goes around with a rather bulky setup )

Vou tentar melhorar. No começo filmava direto e andava ... depois mudei várias vezes lendo comentários. Então, obrigado.
Espero que gostem também dos próximos vídeos.
Te desejo um bom dia
