Ive been looking for this for a while, were those Alabama plates on that wing? Supposedly this is my late friend Tony Hopkins, he found this and he showed me before he recently passed about 8 months ago. He was laughing his ass off showing us this, he only had one eye too.... he was in his mid 70s and could throw down better than any of the squid kids in town on a GL1800...

In Sweden they literally teach you to drive in that way when you take your license (in a less aggressive manner obviously), hold on the outside of the corner to get maximum visibility and IF there is no oncoming traffic you take the corner in as straight a line as possible, even crossing the line. I don't like to drive like that so I had to learn it to pass the course and then unlearn it after I got my license.
I'm way more bothered by you chasing up to his tail every corner and then breaking hard like you are unable to judge speed.

You just say that because you're also a GW rider. I think when you're basically a car on 2 wheels you should use the mirrors and give in to the fact you're slow through the corners. This GW rider saw what was behind him and didn't want to be overtaken by a small supermoto. So he started taking risk on braking and cornnering to stay in front. He even floored it on that straight after they passed the car just to get ahead enough to be a roadblock in the corner again. It's not just the riding that was the issue for the supermoto I think. I guess the GW could've benefited if he chose to follow the supermoto. Always good to have someone thats quick in the corners in front of you.
Still good to pay attention of the riding from everyone around you actually.

I had several advanced riding courses when I lived in the UK. The teachers were all motorcycle policemen and they REALLY knew a thing or two about two wheels. One of them said that a lot we had been taught to comply with Highway Code riding techniques had to be unlearnt.
They taught us defensive riding, straight lining a roundabout (when it was safe) and a lot more that would otherwise have seen us fail on our 'normal' riding tests.

How do you know he wasn't getting edgy because you were riding him. Just back up and let him go. It's not like he's hanging around and holding anyone up either. It's far more dangerous (for both of you) to follow him shaking your head all the time, when you should be focusing on what you are doing.

The title is in reference to the guy with the camera not understanding the capabilities of a Goldwing or the skill of the rider or how to look through a corner to see if crossing the yellow is a safe option for a better line in a corner. The title had nothing to do with the person on the actual Goldwing. It was referencing the idiot crowding him.

Other than that, the Winger was doing ok. The pov guy was justified in his remark and was NOT followong too closely. Slippery surfaces don't care how much experience a rider has. The GW was riding faster than normal and cutting corners with visibility of incoming traffic. I see the rider behind getting frustrated and in no way, he would have been able to safely pass during turns in single lane unless the GW would have to slow down and let him pass. The rider behind just needed to be patient and wait for an opportunity in straight lane to pass him. Tailgating has its limits, and this is one of them. Lesson learned.
