I love my op z, i got a used one a few months ago in great condition. Honestly, changing patterns is super easy i love writing music on it because jamming live on it is great.
I need to get the oplab line in module to really do my best with the op z

@@d3maccus yeah I think it would because I sequence external gear and sync with other equipment. I think it even does audio in? I keep saying I'll get the opLAB module but I have yet to grab one!

I feel you there. Thankfully I haven’t had any issues with mine! And I dropped a video with my early thoughts but I’m very very very excited to try them both and see how they work for me :)

If I want to make soundtrack from the field record audio of mine, which one should I go between these and DirtyWave M8? Which one better overall if I want to make Tenet, Tron and Blade Runner kind of music's and game effect?

And you can send me your OP-Z if you don't use it anymore! :-)
By the way, why you choose Nikon and not other brands?

Thanks for this comparison. Now I am keen for an OP-1 (but I guess this will remain a dream - and I still have to master the OP-Z at first ;-)). Great to see that you can work with both as a set.
Do you know by chance if the OP-Z also can be used as a keyboard (bluetooth or USB-C) for Korg Gadget? I love that one, too (and your video about it is great as well!), but I hate the input via touch screen.

Video would benefit greatly from actual demos + talking instead of pure talking. It was helpful to see the Z is much smaller so thanks for that, but I'm still not understanding the difference between the two.

there's a MASSIVE difference. I'll work on a follow up video. from what I remember this video was pretty in depth but I can definitely take another stab at it... what are some points you'd like to see covered?
