Like come on, I know it’s live and there may be some pre-recorded parts but it doesn’t matter because every singer has done that and Mariah has a very fragile voice, if she did that fully live then her voice would be completely raspy and takes weeks to recover. Using whisper voice is not a joke and it affects our voice, it dries our vocals.
The only live vocals in the whole thing are the first two lines 'why do I stay, why do I stay in love?' And 'Oh baby'. She's shaky and not very connected just testing her mic is fine just in case... The rest is all a great pre-recorded live vocal she probably would have prepared very close to this time. It's one of the VERY most challenging songs of hers to sing period.
