Hey Cap, got some tips for the issues you’ve had with trimming/maintaining stable flight in the newer frogfoots. 1 Try keeping the throttle around 70-80% 2 You can use trim while in damping mode with ALL su25 variants in game 3 Keep it around -6 to -9 trim to keep it straight while within the throttle limit mentioned in tip 1 and in damping mode mentioned in tip 2. 4 maintain around 475-575mph for proper wing loading (so you don’t rip when pitching down to find targets or in dogfights) 5 Only use the last 20% of throttle for dog fighting and evasive maneuvers. Fly safe out there 🫡.
Yeah going back into the tpod screen is still buggy every run I seem to have to re lock the ground somewhere with the hud then go back into the tpod screen
If you use Full Real controls and turn on SAS mode to either Dampening or Automatic Leveling. The nose of your plan will slowly dip down. If you attempt to fix this using trim, it will have no affect on the plane. Your trim can be set to 100% nose up and the plane will continue to nose down slowly.
My tv kh38 has been bugged for many matches,it needs at least 13km or less to lock, otherwise it wont even lock on ground , instead it will lock in front of the plane and reach the enemy airfield 😅
Tip from dcs player When using the Frogfoot, coordinate with another pilot(s) to provide air support. Just like the warthog, it's slow fat and good at one thing. Leveling topographical maps. Try to fly lower when patrolling and utilize hills and mountains as best you can. Once you've been locked, that's pretty much it.

Friendly tip toastman, zoom in your map over the battle, you can see exactly how many AAA are up

Thank you.
I think, you need to trim your plane, so it doesnt pull up
brother, we trim it, change to the camera, the game re-trims the aircraft to 0%
@@oswisso1196 I believe that's a setting in the trim controls
Does the su-25 not have SAS?
Doesn’t work for pitch for whatever reason
