Compilation of well-knowed bulgarian 85kg weightlifter; Ivan Markov | Иван Марков (BUL, 85KG)'s training & competition at World Weightlifting Championships in Almaty (KAZ), 2014. Silver medalist at European Championships (2013), two times silver medalist at World Championships (2013, 2014) and European Champion (2014). He is the younger brother of former World & European Champion, world record holder Georgi Markov. This video includes training hall snatches up to 155kg two singles, clean and jerks up to 190kg with two singles and an easy back squat double with 230kg. Then you can see all of his attemps at the competition, he won gold in the snatch (179kg) and silver in the total (390kg). I didn't put music to the background, it's really enjoyable to hear the weights sounds in the training hall and also you can fell better the atmosphere of the competition this way.
